Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park

Every round at the Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park is a scenic experience overlooking the views of beautiful Dry Creek Valley. With the best views in Healdsburg, this wine country course is a treat to play with its undulating terrain and many different shots that you have to play. This course is fun for the beginner and a challenge to the low handicap golfer. The Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park is a PGA regulation nine-hole layout, which is perfect if you are thinking about having time to wine taste or shop in nearby downtown Healdsburg, yet many of our golfers like to play the course twice for an 18-hole experience. When playing 18 holes you can play the same tees twice or play different tees for two different 9 hole experiences. Most players at the Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park take golf carts, but for some great exercise walking is a lot of fun too!

Jordan gave us a detailed tour of the well maintained golf course. We got to see the pro shop where all of the equipment is, perfect for new or experienced golfers. Jordan was a fantastic teacher who demonstrated the proper techniques to hit a golf ball. He also taught us about how the game of golf can reveal ones personality. Most importantly, we had a great time and were treated to great customer service.

Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve

What a great find this was! We wanted a nice place to take a hike with the kids before it got too hot out and this was a great option. It is a beautiful example of the oak woodlands that used to cover all of this area before it was cleared for vineyards and subdivisions. We took about a 3 mile hike and it was beautiful and relaxing. Great spot and I'd definitely return when in the area again.
