We enjoyed this tour from start to finish. It was a fantastic day out. Our tour guide Mani was amazing. He had such a wealth of knowledge and was so friendly and involved in our whole experience. I would have to say he has been the best tour guide we have ever had. The highlight of the day was our visit to Cathedral Cove ( such a breathtaking place) and Hot Water Beach. A very different experience for us

Wonderful day trip to the glow worms and the Hobbit farm Driver was the best and took great care of us Long day but worth the expense of a private car

Used this service to travel from the airport to the Hotel and return. The driver gave me a good ride into town, from the airport. He is polite, and looked after his passenger very well. I found him to be punctual, and informative..

Excellent service by Black Car Transfers & Tours!!! Kris Lal is the epitome of what anyone could ever want and more. Kris picked us up at the airport in a beautiful, immaculately clean car. Not only does he give excellent service but with a warm, kind, friendly experience he would give to his own family. We were in NZ when our cruise ship was cancelled and the ports were closed. Kris took care of us by giving us a short tour of Auckland and then getting us to the airport to return home to the USA I don't know what we would have done without him. And to add to that, he and his lovely wife even offered to put us up in their home if we could not get a flight home What more could anyone ask for. Thank you again, Kris! Frank & Kathy

I booked tickets from kiwi to return to my country because of covid. I went to airport and the airline told me that didn't find my name as a passenger there , and after when i called my airline they told me that it looked that i cancelled my flight and i have to call kiwi. I called kiwi and they told me that they couldn't do anything. It was unexeptable i stayed in the airport and kiwi didn't help me , i lost my flight in a condition such as covid. Only stress and anxiety. Kiwi is very bad.

Keith was wonderful, picked us at our hotel and the day was great. He took very good care of us. The stops were timed just right and the eating places were excellent. We saw dolphins and the catamaran went thru the "hole in the rock". He went out of his way to take us to the hardware store so we could buy an adapter. All together it was a fabulous day. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Auckland Scenic Tours was outstanding. I really appreciate their no cancellation policy as I was only there for a few days and had wanted to organise a trip to Hobbiton. David, my guide for the day was excellent. We definitely took the scenic route and I got to see some stunning scenery. Thank you for the great experience and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends wanting to explore Auckland and beyond.
