Wow this company is just filled with such welcoming and kind individuals! They really wanted to make sure each person was having fun. We went on a day that was a bit choppy out and they said if we felt uncomfortable or wanted to reschedule it was no problem at all! They cared about our well being and I learned to stand on the surf board first day! Coming back for sure.

Stay Fit on Vacation we offer circuit training right on Fort Myers Beach. We have many different stations from battle ropes, speed ladders, bosu ball exercises, ball slams, and many more. Classes are held at the Diamond Head Beach Resort and The Pink Shell public is welcome at both resorts.
