Great trek where we were alone with our guide Santos 00 62 822 47742528. The ascent was very steep(+-3h) and began at 3am, for the last part , it is better to have gloves as the volcanic rock is very sharp. The descent was done with another way where we were sliding/ surfing on rocks. Santos was a great, nice and funny guide. His cousin has just opened a backpacker hostel near the starting point of the trek. We had a good coffee at her place. We keep good memories of this day with Santos. Take care :).

This location is near by Bajawa town. Passed the forest area to parking area, walking distance to the photo spots, end up at the wood deck to see the stunning, breathtaking view. We waited for sunset from 4.30pm but the fogs came, breezing weather, the sun rays was beautiful, it looks like we were on top of the clouds! Grateful feeling of amazing Bajawa, Indonesia. Very recommended spot if you visit Bajawa. Memorable pictures was taken here. FYI, I hired Sanchez as Tourguide and driver, he is helpful and friendly ([email protected])

As far as I know, this place has various different names which are love hill (bukit cinta), Sylvia hill (bukit sylvia), and teletubbies hill (bukit teletubbies). Despite the name differences, this place is absolutely amazing with its breathtaking view. I went there before the sunset and I had a beautiful sunset view. I love the scenery from the top of the hill and the golden hour of the sunset. The hill itself was not really hard to hike (not too steep), but please stay be careful since the dirt could be slippery. This one is absolutely one of the best place to enjoy sunset in Labuan Bajo in my opinion.
