We were schedule to do this excursion on Sunday while at port in Ensenada. The day before my sister caught Ecoli from the Carnival Cruise and was quarantined to her room on the ship. I called Viator to explain and cancel our excursion for a refund due to the circumstances. They said that there wasn't anything they could do because they still had to pay their guide even though we called the day before the excursion. There should be special consideration for cancellations up to the excursion time. It was out of our hands as we couldn't leave the ship. I called after the cruise had finalized to ask for consideration for a refund and they said they couldn't help. As a result they definitely have very poor customer service. I don't recommend anyone use Trip Advisor. Very unsatisfied customer!!!

we start of with a beautiful tour of horse backriding in the city beach called Playa Hermosa .the tour last around 1 hour and its guided by the owners. After that we head to the park called Las Cañadas where you have the activity of the zipling , on our way the atracttion i give you the information of the city and you get to see the different esenarios of town .the zipling is a 1 hour and a half tour . it consists of 5 ziplings and 5 hanging bridges . they are really fun and safe , at all time you are guided and secured by instructors of the activity. you have an amazinf view of the valley and the park .

Carlos the guide was excellent. We had a great time with the family. Carlos was caring and showed us excellent places to eat great food. The zip lining was excellent experience for the kids. La Bufadora and the market place is a must go. My kids were able to touch some animals there at a extra cost but was worth it. Thank you Carlos.

My husband and I were in Valle de a Guadalupe for our anniversary and last minute decided to book a wine tour. With this being our first time there we were not prepared and called on the way there. Luis was gracious enough to put together a plan that tailored our needs for the day. He gave us different options and prices to choose from, was very knowledgeable about the area and made us feel comfortable. The package he put together for us was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We enjoyed our day so much that we’ll be returning in a couple of months and have already book our day with them!

Terrible experience with vendor Jesus, He provided deceiving information, showed a picture of a vehicle and the driver showed up in a different vehicle which was an old taxi cab, smelly and with non working A/C, when contacted He didn’t offered a solution and now He is only returning a partial refund for a service that was never received and was cancelled immediately, definitely buyer’s beware!

Mario was very knowledgeable in showing us some sights in Tijuana. The mescal, beer and taco tastings were fantastic. I especially enjoyed walking around the markets. I recommend Mario and his tours. I hope to do a wine tour in the future.
