On the Aegean's eastern, edge the Dodecanese present perfect Greek vistas of whitewashed walls, turquoise blue skies and seas. Island-hopping by ferry, hydrofoil or catamaran is a splendid way to get into the leisurely pace. Once docked, you'll find many of these twelve idyllic islands are easily explored on foot. Beautiful crystal clear water I found puffer fish and Octupus AMAZING !!!! This beach is clear ,shallow great for young children and keeping an eye on them... Beach is the perfect size not too big and not too small, beds are priced reasonably, we were cheeky and asked for a discount, friendly guy said go on then it’s end of season, nice little bonus, the beach is narrow but that adds to the charm, very quiet and relaxed LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BEACH ????❤️????????

Exotic Beach

The beach is a few kilometres along the coast from the Blue Lagoon resort, where we were staying, and well worth the walk from there. There’s a carpark above it, and it should be easy to reach by car. The sand is soft and the water translucent. Loungers and umbrellas are available for hire, but we didn’t bother. Further out into the water, there are flat rocks like those lining much of the coast in this area, but they aren’t a problem. This is a nudist beach. I’m not into nude sunbathing (too pale to tan!), but it’s the best way to swim.

Must be the best stretch of beach on the island. Nice drive down off the main road and lots of parking adjacent to the beach. Lots of facilities, toilets, beach bars, shops. Lovely naturist section at the end for a safe natural swim, 3 or 4 lovely taverna's at the top of the hill for lunch or dinner. A must place to visit if you are on the island travelling around

Prasonisi Beach

Reviewed By Mabherick - Leeds, United Kingdom

We went in summer so it was possible to walk all the way across to the island of Prasonisi, however our one year old was happy playing in the surf so we never got the chance. Can’t wait until we go again so we can have a better explore! The beach is beautiful and sandy, and as it narrows to the sand bar that goes over to the smaller island, you can stand in such a position that waves hit you from both sides, quite a unique experience. The water was so warm it was like getting into a bath. The sand was hot- flip flops recommended! The water is beautiful and clean and there are plenty of kite surfers taking advantage of the breeze. We had a wonderful day out here and both my husband and I agreed it was the best beach we had been to on Rhodes.

We first saw the unique Bay from the Acropolis of Lindos. Driving down to it we passed a fine Soccer Field, had free parking and an easy walk down to the beach with rentable Cabanas. The Bay is beautiful, water is clear. You can see the rim of the Acropolis and out through a narrow opening to the Aegean. Historically, there is a Chapel commemorating the visit of Saint Paul on his 3rd. Missionary Journey.

I was staying at at the Atalanti Hotel outside Falaraki. It was a pleasant twenty minute walk to this lovely little cove every day. Although I am a qualified diver I had not even brought a snorkel with me but I could play around the rocks every day watching fish. Lovely cove. The vendors for the sun loungers were friendly the beach bar served lovely food even if it was very expensive

There are several beaches around Lindos so this review just covers the sandy beach bay where the tourist boats land. Excellent sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to hire. At the back of the beach are several restaurants and bars. Ideal for people watching. From this beach east uphill access to Lindos old town which is a must visit. The whole area is very attractive.
