Great service from this company , we travelled to and from Gili Gede with them and due to the recent events on Lombok they had to reschedule our trip times they communicated with us from start to finish about this and everything went like clockwork Staff are very professional and the boat crew are top class

Highly recommend booking your transfer through this profesional team - we had a wonderful trip from the Gili Islands back to Bali (Serangan) that was on time and efficient and very comfortable! You can also pop onto the sun deck if the weather is fine. The captain’s handling of the boat in the waves was excellent! They also arranged (included) a transfer directly to our hotel straight after arriving which was wonderful!

We found Arthamas Express very professional and punctual. I was concerned about some of the reviews I’d read about other companies but we felt extremely safe with Arthamas. There were plenty of visible life jackets under the seats and the staff were very helpful both in Sanur and Lembongan. The transfers from the airport and back to our accommodation in Seminyak were great too. Would definitely use them again. Thanks so much guys. ????????????????????????????????

Our hotel in NL helped us to choose this company from 6-8 alternatives. 1 million IDR ($100AUD) paid for return trips for two people, pick-up from our previous hotel on mainland, drop-off and pick-up to hotel in NL and finally transfer to our Ubud hotel. Can't argue with that. We left our bigger suitcase for safekeeping and that went well. Crossing itself - the outward trip was smooth sailing with the seas very docile, the return trip was exact opposite, seas were very choppy and we had 2-3 people getting seasick but the crew handled everything well. They take your bags on and off the boat, you get your feet (knees on most trips) wet but it's all good fun. Can thoroughly recommend this mob.
