I want to the Northland Endota Spa on the first Sunday of May. Upon arrival I was greeted with the warmest of smiles. The young girl that served me, I believe her name was Sarah, was well spoken, beautifully presented and made the spa experience feel like a pure pamper. She walked me into the waiting room and asked if I would like and water or tea. I then had my treatment with Sharon, which was lovely. When I was leaving Sarah stood and talked with me for half an hour about the different products Sharon had recommended me, she knew the products and prices so well. I think this behaviour, knowledge and professionalism from such a young lady is commendable. Please pass on my thanks so the store and especially Sarah for being so generous and helpful.

I had a 1hr facial with Gordana (groupon voucher). It was one of the best facials I have had. Received a neck & shoulder massage, head massage (with permission given) and a hand massage during down times ie mask. Very enjoyable & relaximing, nice products & skin felt wonderful.
