Things to do in Dallas, Texas (TX): The Best Antique Stores

April 13, 2022 Malia Yoakum

You may have all heard that everything is bigger in Texas. Well, Dallas does its best to fulfill that promise. You'll find several museums with vast art collections and fascinating specialty museums like The Sixth Floor Museum/Texas School Book Depository, which, though small in size, offers an immense amount of information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And of course, visit a local steakhouse for a terrific (and enormous) meal.

Curiosities

Reviewed By lanceo53

When in the Lakewood area of Dallas, be sure to step into Curiosities...an eclectically cool shop just jam-packed full of temptations. It's sort of a blend of an indoor flea market combined with an antique vibe mixed with a nostalgic flavor stirred into a retro-cool wrapping that makes the visit well worth your while. I really enjoy my visits...I can easily explore 30 minutes up to an hour...there are so many neat items to examine. There's a little bit of everything...something for everyone. Hopefully your curiosity is piqued...so get yourself to Curiosities. Happy shopping !!!
