Family farm open to tourists that features a seed plot and a new corn maze every season.
A visit to Shryocks is worth the trip out of Columbia! You'll enjoy the corn maze, delicious treats, and fun games and activities in the barn. All in all...a great time!

PS:Gallery is in the heart of Columbia, Missouri's North Village Arts District. PS:Gallery features rotating exhibits of local, regional, and national artists. We search the country for exceptional artists in all mediums. Our philosophy is that art should be inclusive not exclusive. Art shouldn't be intimidating, but enjoyed by everyone. Come explore the gallery and let us teach you about the artists we carry and what makes them special. Whether browsing, buying or being inspired, all are welcome.

Although Mizzou lost the game I came to, this is an excellent venue. Had great seats and they also have a huge score/video board. Decent food and nice gift shop.

A clean, state of the art stadium now offering table seating. Parking is often difficult and pricey. Good food options available.

If you are fan of visiting college and university campuses as we are, Mizzou is worth a trip. Place is beautiful, buildings are breathtaking and the overall look and feel is as nice as any we have seen across the US.

The hustle and bustle of nearby Providence Road in Columbia belie the peace and serenity of Jewell Cemetery State Historic Site. The shady tree-filled cemetery contains the grave of Missouri's 22nd governor, Charles Hardin, along with descendents of George Jewell. The most well known member of the Jewell family buried in the cemetery, William Jewell, died while establishing a college in Liberty.
We were amazed on how much history could be found in such a small cemetery. The cemetery is a must for those interested in history in the area. Perfectly maintained and very close to University of Missouri and also Rock Creek State Park
