El Palmar is a beautiful waterfall close to El Valle, where the travellers can relax, enjoy the rich flora and fauna of the area. There is an option to swim in the river and a small/medium cliff jump. The hike to the waterfall is not to difficult and goes through a very nice forest.

We booked the tour via our hotel and it was worth. Ameth and senor Miguel were our tour guides. They both showed a lot of knowledge about el valle de anton. We learned about and had a wonderful time at Pozo Azul. It was like a hidden gem in the panama. The ride may be long to get there but it was worth it. The tour took about half a day with mostly relaxing and small hike to see the different level of water falls.

A must do experience while visiting Panama. It is a personalized tour that includes the history the canal and Panama. The tour also includes a boat ride in the canal lake to Monkey Island where the monkeys are adorable and fun.

Cerro La Silla is one of the nicest peaks of El Valle. Our tour makes it accessible and enjoyable for all ages and abilities. This is probably the best place to witness the beautiful sunrise with unrestricted views, but it's very nice during the day as well. We provide refreshments, and a certifiedlocal guide.

It was a relaxing and funny trip with the 2 guides. They helped us climbing down when it was a little slippery. We had the best time there and enjoyed it a lot. And they have good connections, if you like to climb in Panama! Cheerse buddies and keep on doing what you love✌????

Carlos was recommended to us by the Golden Frog Inn, and we spent a delightful half-day with him. A couple from the Netherlands joined us, and also praised his knowledge, flexibility and warm demeanor. Carlos speaks excellent English and is passionate about his love of nature. He found 2 sloths as well as frogs, lizards etc. Highly recommend hiring Carlos to enhance your experience in El Valle.
