Spent three great hours early evening last week with Anna as we walked from Dorsodoro to the jewish quarter and Cannereggio. Anna's enthusiasm and great eye shines through and kept me and my 20 year son interested and informed. As an experienced photographer, who keeps returning to Venice with my camera, what I enjoyed was the way she challenged me to take a fresh look at my composition and what each picture was trying to say, as well as helping with exposure as the evening set in. We also used the tripod to manage some blue hour exposures and ensure calm, silky water. This was a great way to spend a first evening of our stay - not even so much for the pictures I took, but for getting me back into a photography frame of mind. The organisational side of the booking all ran smoothly and it was no problem to change the meeting spot to somewhere closer to our hotel. Thanks Anna for a great start to our stay.

We are so happy that we decided to have a photographic session with Camilla as she not only capture the happiness and romance in the hair, but she was able portrait us as real family, playing and smiling with our little girl. Camilla took the time to get us relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, waited for the right look in our eyes, let my girl play and decide where and when to have the pictures. She adjusted so naturally to our family, that our session became a pleasant afternoon framed in beautiful timeless photos. I had a wonderful experience at the Uffizi Gallery with my guide Irina. I thought the 49 euro ticket was extreeemely good value for what was provided, I was able to skip the queue and Irina provided a huge amount of information. She was engaging and enthusiastic and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Furthermore, Irina emailed me on all of the information that she had mentioned afterwards, so I have the memories and stories of the Uffizi Museum with me forever now. I would highly recommend a tour with Irina! (I was here over a year ago in July 2018!)

Did the half day photo tour of Venice, Burano and Torcello with Simone and it was amazing! I learned so much about perspective and editing in the frame and took some really great shots with him. But I was also able to use what I learned to improve my pics later. My mother was with us and while she leaves the photography to me, she still really enjoyed the tour. Definitely worth the price!! You won’t regret it.

We had to cancel our trip to Italy and asked to Fiorella to organise for us another experience in Venice. She was our guide two years ago and was so nice to do a virtual tour from home just for us. We booked a Localgrapher for a couples shoot in Arizona. The results were okay at best, and we regretted not seeking out an established local in the area. For the price, we received 60 very average choices and the ability to select 35 shots. We couldn’t even find 35 framed correctly. The localgrapher website is also a joke which requires a youtube video to figure out. The UI is terrible and the photos will disappear rapidly so do not wait to download (set aside a couple hours - that’s how bad it is). But really, just avoid. Hire someone directly.
