I visited the spa for a massage and facial. On arrival, Kitzie gave me a warm welcome. She inquired about my expectations and special issues. From that information, she outlined her areas of focus during the massage, so I knew what to expect. Kitzie is a gifted masseuse. She worked with gentle skill to relieve specific problem areas. Kitzie is a wise source of knowledge about locally sourced products. I was pleased to discover that many of the oils and facial products are natural and organic. She was happy to give me information on how to order the products for my personal use. My skin felt incredibly soft and fresh after the facial. I highly recommend a visit to Spa Boquete!

Isla Verde Spa is relatively easy to find, right on the highway to Boquete. Beautiful gardens and welcoming atmosphere, It's also very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. After looking at too many other massage sites to name, her prices are definitely competitive and very reasonable :) I had a 60min session with Dayra, had back problems for more than 7 years and you can imagine its not easy for me to relax, specially after a long drive from Panama city. She was incredibly good when it came to hitting the right knots, and the "hot stones" are really just warm enough to help release tension and bring you to a complete state of relaxation! To be honest, I was a bit skeptic after reading all the perfect reviews but I must confess that I am looser than I've been in months, and I will definitely return. Thank you again Dayra!

Whenever my wife and I plan a visit to Las Lajas Beach Resort, we make sure to ask about booking massages here. Jana and Lisa each have their own style; both are wonderful. Their skillful hands can relieve your aches and pains; the sounds of the birds and waves, and the light breezes cooling the hidden oceanfront palapa make this a truly memorable experience. If you're up for a more active experience, bring your yoga mat and ask about small group or private yoga classes. It's a great way to start your day at the beach!

I could write forever on my experience and time at YiA Yoga. I found that this training was not only training me to be the kind of yoga teacher I want to be, but much more. I met incredible people and friendships that I know will last a lifetime. I connected with each person in my own way and I value each and every person I met on this journey. Kaytee was such a wonderful guide. She is so open and accepting of everyone and everything you bring. I am amazed and in awe of this woman. It was amazing how we jumped right into teaching. By the end of the first week and beginning of the second we had all taught our first yoga class. It was scary and exciting to me at the same time. We learned the history of yoga, did breath work every week, meditated everyday, worked on anatomy, learned how to structure our yoga classes and did a lot of personal growth and work. I would recommend signing up for YiA Yoga. You will not be disappointed. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I grew a lot as a person and learned a lot about my body to improve my personal practice. I am confident that when I return to Australia that I can teach yoga.
