Paid a whistle stop visit here and what a beautiful little church it is. Sad to see the cemetery with such young people buried there over the years. Predominantly tea planters. The church is maintained to impeccable standards. The stained glass windows were shipped from the uk. There’s a miniature wind piano that’s 99years old with a larger piped organ to the rear. Well worth a quick tour.

I think this church was built 150years ago, inside have serval memorial plaques for over noble pioneers who lived in that island.

I is a very beautiful ancient temple. It is small but peaceful. We had a guided tour of the history of the temple and it was interesting.. One of the must visit places when in Kandy. The entrance is small and one could miss it.
