This is a great winery-tour near Rome (40 min drive from the Aurelia district). If you’re not able to reach the winery with your own transportation, they offer a service for you. The winery is very authentic and beautiful, and the tourguide speaks English very clear. We got to see the grapyard and tasted 3 different wines. With each wine, you will have a small meal which allows you to taste te wine even better. After te tasting part, we got to see the winesellar. We bought a few bottles at this place to take home and surprise our relatives. A experience you won’t regret!

A lovely lady called Gulia took my husband and I on a walk round Rome sampling food and drink from various shops and a superb pasta lunch. If you are going todo this tour I advise you not to eat much beforehand as we finished the tour around 2:00pm and did not eat another thing all day. We had meats and cheese with some wine to start off with and then followed this in a picturesque market square with tasting various oils and vinegars. Roman Pizza and beer were next, followed by a delicious lunch of two different types of pasta. Then followed dessert of either cannoli or tirimisu at another stop off point, ice cream and coffee to finish. Never felt so full. Guila was full of interesting conversation about her city. All in all a great day out ending at the Trevi fountain.

We had the most wonderful tour with Luca and his vintage mini! The night tour is absolutely magical as the city comes alive under the lights! Luca is a fantastic host who loves his city and he will have you feeling the same way. Luca arranged reservations for us at one of his favorite restaurants and then he picked us up at 8:00 pm to begin our tour. He will take you to all the must see sites as well as some hidden gems. (As well as a bar stop for a delicious cocktail) We wished we had done it at the beginning of our trip as we may very well have booked a second tour. Luca definitely provides VIP treatment and you get cool berets and driving hats for the ultimate “cool” experience! It’s worth it!!!!

They have the best customer service and very friendly drivers that can surely provide you with impressive information about the place. If you have been to Rome before & have seen all the sights, this should be your next ‘excursion’. We had a private driver take us to Tivoli where we met our private guide...a Roman history schoolteacher who was filling in for a friend. She was sooo knowledgeable! It was HOT, but there was water along the way. The history of Hadrian (Adrian to the Italians) was mind-boggling!! Amazing how they could build what they did in only 20 years! The second part of the tour was nearby & much more lush & beautiful (see pics). Lunch was on our own. Tour guide had a few recommendations. Loved the one we chose (see my review). I liked that we had time for a leisurely lunch nearby before we met our driver for the trip back to our hotel.
