Utilized Transfer Pampa’s service from San Pedro De Atacama to the airport in Calama and found them to be organized and affordable. A notification about pickup time frame for the next day was sent by email, the day before departure. Pickup at the designated spot outside the accommodation was in the time frame advised and drop off was in satisfactory time. The journey offered some spectacular views of the Atacama desert. Certainly would very highly recommend Transfer Pampa’s services to any traveler.

I was a little leery of using this company based on the reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. Was easy to make a reservation online and I did not need to pay in advance, which I liked just in case things didn’t work out. I immediately received a confirmation with a 30 minute time range for the pick-up. The night before, I received another confirmation email letting me know others had joined the ride (it was now a shared ride with 4 other people), and giving me a more specific expected pick-up time. The driver showed up as expected (8 minutes early!!), the van was roomy, clean and comfortable. We quickly picked up the other passengers and the ride to Calama was pleasant. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than I had planned! I was unsure when to pay - turns out the Calama airport has a Transvip counter right inside so it was easy to go in and pay at the counter.
