This tour was our favorite of the 6 days we were in Tokyo! Benchi (Ben) was awesome! My son who is 14 absolutely loved this tour! Benchi met us at the hotel then we went to Akihabara which started with karaoke! Now honestly I thought this was going to be boring with just us 3 but it was such fun!! And Benchi sounds like an American Idol singer! Next we went to the Maid Cafe which was also very interesting! Benchi showed us wear to eat and what else to do. Once the tour was ending he even told us where to shop in Shibuya where my son of course got some awesome clothes! Benchi was the best tour guide he and my son now follow each other on twitter!

Join fellow adventurous baseball fans September 12-19 as we attend games at all five Tokyo-area ballparks of Nippon Professional Baseball, Japan's major leagues. We have been operating baseball tours in Japan since 1999 and believe that the best way to experience a new culture is by attending a sporting event. You'll feel like a local as we take the train to the ballpark and cheer along with the home team's frenzied fans. And you will have the option to attend a professional sumo wrestling tournament too! Taking in a game in Japan, where baseball is the national sport, is an unforgettable experience. You recognize the field - the green grass, the dimensions, the outfield wall - but that's about it! The rabid fans and unique style of play make attending a baseball game a not-to-be-missed experience for any visitor to Japan. NOTE: Dates are not flexible. We are only offering one tour that starts September and ends September 19.

Inclusions: Dinner, Lunch, Baseball Game Tickets for Five (5) Games, Accommodation - Hotel for Seven (7) Nights, Transportation to and from all official tour activities.

Exclusions: Airfare to and from Japan

I've used them four different times to get tickets to baseball games before I went to Japan. They have the tickets waiting for you at your hotel when you get to Japan. Always worked perfectly, excellent seats, great maps and helpful instructions included.

The flexibility to chose locations that suited our wants and abilities was great. Hiro San was very quick to put together an itinerary that accommodated a family with a stroller-baby (no monkey park due to long unpacked walking paths). Taking in the beautiful temples and view of the Kyoto from the west was breath taking and the guide was able to explain many things we as new Japanese learners could not read or know through cultural knowledge. Overall a great experience, a wonderful and lively guide, and some great memories.

While we were sad to have to cancel our July trip to Japan due to the pandemic, we found the process of working with Japan Awaits to be easy and efficient. I can't speak to the full experience since we weren't able to go, but filling out the form and our communication with the company was no problem. And their prompt and courteous response to our request for a refund speaks to their professionalism. We will definitely come back to ask for their help in procuring tickets to the Studio Ghibli Museum when we do finally make it to Japan! Fingers crossed for next summer.

Historic boat rides and world famous festival floats in Little Edo. Sawara, an area in Chiba, is little known, even to the Japanese. It offers beautiful townscapes of buildings of over 100 years old and the atmosphere of Japan from 200 years ago. Its local festival, the Grand Festival of Sawara, is inscribed on the UNESCO Intangible Heritage List. Enjoy a quiet boat ride down Ono River that runs through the city center and stroll around the old town of Little Edo that will make you feel as if you have slipped back in time to the Edo period (1603-1868). Yoshi was a great tour guide. He tells a lot of stories and takes you to your desired places and then some. We went to the National Gardens, stopped to say hi to Hachiko, and went to the Chiku Chiku Cafe. The Hedgehogs were so cute! They're usually nocturnal and the one I was visiting, Butter, was really tired and wanted to sleep so I only took a couple pictures and let him rest the rest of the time :) Take care Yoshi! Hope you have more fun adventures
