Things to do in Buenos Aires, Capital Federal District: The Best Lessons & Workshops

September 18, 2021 Margarita Chappel

The birthplace of the tango is, like the dance itself, captivating, seductive and bustling with excited energy. Atmospheric old neighborhoods are rife with romantic restaurants and thumping nightlife, and Buenos Aires' European heritage is evident in its architecture, boulevards and parks. Cafe Tortoni, the city's oldest bar, will transport you back to 1858, and the spectacular Teatro Colon impresses just as it did in 1908. Latin America's shopping capital offers the promise of premium retail therapy along its grand, wide boulevards.

I attended for 4 weeks the course «regular plus Spanish course» with 2 hours group and 1 hour private lessons per day, 5 days per week. I stayed in a homestay organized by the school. I was absolutely happy I have chosen this school because: I had various teachers, all were highly educated and professional, providing a very good learning experience. The school overall is very well organized. Marina is always available if you need help. She helps you fast, even on weekends and on non-school topics. I have spent 4 months of language stays in South America before coming to Verbum, and I can only recommend this school.
