my grandson has an internship for a year in baltimore...never been there....Dillon tookus on a 3 hour tour to see the city...tourist sites..neighborhoods...where to go, etc...excellent, entertaining, professional...was perfect intro to the city

So with everything closed our company decided to provide a summer event employees could enjoy from home, one of the activities was the home brew experience by City Brew Tours. Don't know how to brew - NO PROBLEM Don't Have the supplies and equipment to Brew - NO PROBLEM Don't mind waiting 2 weeks for you Beer to ferment - THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU! So as I said our company offered employees a Home Brew experience as one of the options for our summer event this year, you can choose from 2 types of beer to brew, then you wait and about a week before the event a big box off supplies and equipment arrives at your door. The day before the event you get an e-mail with a zoom meeting invite for the actual event, along with some instructions so you are ready when the class starts. Our Instructors were Mike and Kevin, they meeting started on time and while the is some downtime while the water boils and the grains steep Mike and Kevin kept things interesting with helpful hints and tips, Brewing history, the reasons why you are going what you are doing at a certain time, what happens when you do certain things, why those things are good, bad or necessary and what to expect in the next two weeks while you are waiting for your beer to finish. There were some questions from our group and Mike answered them all, he was very knowledgeable about beer and the process of making beer. While I don't think I will become a master brewer and take up brewing as a full time hobby I did very much enjoy the experience and found it very informative and educational . If you like beer, or even if you are not a huge (yes we had one in our group and he enjoyed the class as well) I would highly recommend trying this type of event at least once, just so you know a little more about beer. Based on my experience with this home brew event I would be very willing to attend one of City Brew Tours in person events when things open back up again. Highly recommended just for the fun of it or if you want to try brewing but are afraid to go it alone the first time. 5 Stars for the event 10 stars for Mike and Kevin

I found this tour on Trip Advisor. I’m glad I booked it! Booking was easy. Ira and I emailed. He picked us up right outside of Penn Station right on time. We were in a passenger van and covered a lot of territory. For this tour, you don’t get out and take pictures - it’s basically to show you the city so you will get a feel for it. Ira did let me jump out and take a picture of a church. We went to quite a few neighborhoods. Ira was very knowledgeable about Baltimore history. We went to Ft McHenry and we did get out of the van and walk around. After the tour, Ira dropped us off at a restaurant at the harbor. When we were finished for the day, Ira was able to pick us back up and drop us at Penn station. Ira has all kinds of tours and if he doesn’t have what you want, I bet he will customize a tour just for you!! Give him a call - you won’t be sorry!

Our guide, Ira Cunningham, was one of the best tour guides I've ever booked with. His knowledge of the city and in particular, the individual neighborhoods, was impressive. He is super friendly, accommodating with questions, and even gives a small gift at the end. We really enjoyed our time with him. Highly recommend!

I booked the tour because of reviews here, the fact that it was limited to three people(the size of my group), and because it was exactly what we were looking for. Dillon was the best tour guide ever! The tour was more then we had ever hoped for. The weather was ideal. We rode past many of the things we wanted to see, we walked to some, COVID has changed the way we prefer to tour. Every minute was packed with information, laughs, and proud to say building a friendship with our guide. He couldn’t do enough for us! Lunch choice was 5 stars. Incredible view on the water, upscale, superior service and the food was out of this world. Dillon made sure our every need was met and he did it with a smile. A must do with this company.
