I didn't know what to expect but this was an amazing day. Donald was so delightful. He went out of his way to make sure we saw everything. Dianna was sweet and cook a great meal that we enjoyed overlooking the ocean. It is a casual, laid back day but full of interesting things to learn. I'd recommend this to anyone heading to Freeport.

Hida is a nice person working in a sometimes fluctuating situation. But please understand that while her vehicle seats six, two of those should be children or you will not be comfortable. The day we were with her seemed scattered and we got back to the ship as they were calling our names for the last time and getting ready to pull the gangway. I never thought I would be “that” group of people running to catch a ship.

Having our private shuttle driver with our name on a placket when exited the terminal was a GREAT way to feel we were on our way without any DELAY! Immediately loaded our bags and explained the trip would be with some traffic but would make it as short as possible. Also advised us to leave a little earlier from our resort to allow for traffic delays as we had a midday return flight and modified our pickup time and reschedlued us before we got out of the car. Was assured he would be there at that time to pick us up and was right on time for the return trip. EVERYTHING went perfectly and without any issues. Private Shuttle was the BEAT way to go for us and will use the same service next time w visit Nassau. FIVE STARS *****

First time in the Bahamas on a stop from our cruise vacation. We had Kia drive us around to see some of the Island not only was he awesome he was polite, respectful and most of all very knowledgeable. Looking to go back with the kids again will use him again as a tour guide. excellent

Charlie (taxi #256)picked us up at the Carnival terminal. It was just the 5 of us, so it was a private tour. Charlie catered to our kids who were totally interested in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies locals. He took us around and explained all about where and how they made the movie. It was cool. He was helpful and polite. You tell Charlie what you are looking for and he will accommodate you because he's a local. He was honest and def worked for his money with us. lol. Thanks Charlie for making the island memorable! We went in January.
