Excellent guided bike trip to 3 wineries and a local provisions supplier. Our bike guide was friendly, helpful and adaptable. All the wineries she took us to were quite different and at the smaller wineries the guides were splendid - knowledgeable, proud of their family achievements in running their businesses and amazingly friendly. We laughed a lot and thoroughly enjoyed their company.

Santiago was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He coordinated drop off of the bikes at our Airbnb in the afternoon and was super easy about picking it up from where we were at in town later in the evening. Riding the e-bikes were a great way to experience the different areas in El Calafate that would have been too much to walk. Santiago provided a map with different areas of interest which we were able to ride to. Having the e-bikes were super helpful for going uphill and on the unpaved roads. After a long day of riding, our legs felt great!

"Villa de Cacheuta" is the place where we will carry out all the activities of observation, adventure and relaxation. We had an amazing free walking tour today in Madrid with a guy called Gibson. He was super friendly, funny, and fluent in Spanish and English. We heard all about the city's history, the people who lived here, and the Spanish culture. In addition he gave us some tips for good restaurants/bars and other sightseeings. I would highly recommend a tour with Gibson to everyone who wants to laugh about Spanish royals anecdotes, be amazed by his comprehensive historical knowledge, and fell in love with this beautiful city. Enjoy.

We have just returned from the most amazing 4 day trek up into the Andes with Diego and Nico from Gaucho Estate. The communication beforehand with Lucila was great and enabled us to customise a trip that would work for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children ages 6, 9 & 12). We met Diego in person the day before the trip at our hotel to discuss everything and then were picked up as planned from the hotel to meet our horses. Having lived in Buenos Aires the last 3 years, we have had some experience horse riding at estancias, but were certainly not advanced riders! Diego and Nico spent some time ensuring we had all the basics covered and then we set off towards the first ranch. We averaged 4 hours a day for the 4 days, camping at 2 different ranches, however the real highlight was the last 2 days where we trekked for 4 hours up into the mountains and camped overnight, quite literally in the middle of nowhere, sleeping on the horse saddles, collecting water from a nearby stream and creating a fire from dried wood to cook an amazing asado. The views were spectacular and the trip was challenging and rustic in all the very best ways. Nico was incredible with the kids, staying with our 6 year old throughout the rides making sure she felt safe and confident and we always felt that Diego had all the organisation completely under control. Cannot recommend Gaucho Estate enough, they really gave us the most unforgettable trip.
