A very attractive historical sight, located in city center. The tomb of Sheikh Safi Al Din Ardabili, the ancestor of Safavid first emperor, Shah Ismail the first. Safavid dynasty has made Shia as the official religion of Iran in 16th century. The sight consists of the tomb and the tower of Allah Allah, the old cemetery which has many historical gravestones and the archeological museum of Ardabil. The price for domestic visitors is 55000 rials in September 2019.
