Well organised cooking class making a range of dishes, you get to choose from a selection for each course, all explained by great chefs. All the dishes were fun to make and we got to play with a real wok burner and produce some spectacular flames! All the dishes were really tasty and authentic just too much to eat. At the end you get a certificate and a good cookbook you can follow at home. Great fun afternoon

The immersive experience at Marina Yoga has been life changing. I am currently taking the 200 hour yoga teacher training course and am learning so much about yoga, the world, myself, and how it's all connected. The center is only about 10-15 minutes from the Ao Nang beach, just a short tuk tuk ride away. The center itself is bursting with flowers, plants, art, and life. It's very beautiful and serene. The food here ranges anywhere from vegetable lasagna to traditional thai food, there's something for everyone. There's even a student kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. The instructors are very experienced, knowledgable, and warm hearted. They are excellent at answering questions and making sure everyone is on the same page, even if english isn't a students first language. I have gone through some difficult life experiences recently and all of the staff here has been so open and compassionate, really facilitating healing from the inside out. Here I have the opportunity to really look inside and explore my mind and body in a place of love and freedom. It's not just a yoga teacher training course, it's a catalyst to positive change in my life.

Absolutely loved every second of our Thai cooking class with the delightful host, Heng. From the off, as Heng collected us from our hotel, we were entertained. We never stopped laughing all the evening... The food we made was delicious, with a great range of dishes to choose from. (We made 7 things in total, including 2 sweet dishes) Very informative about the Thai produce and ingredients too. The whole staff team were at hand for support, offering us drinks when we needed and handing us all the ingredients we needed. We were in a small group of 6, which was a great experience. I would highly reccomend this class to anyone wanting an authentic Thai cooking experience. What’s more we can try all the recipes at home as we were handed a recipe book with all the ingredients we made and more... Thanks Heng and all the team!!! ????????

What to expect: You will start of learning some techniques as this important so you don't hurt yourself. Once this is completed you then Kick pads with a trainer who will also advise you how to improve your technique. After this completed you move on to the punch bags. After this you'll then be invite to do some controlled sparring with no power or clinch practice. You as the student don't have to do anything you don't wish to take part in! We also offer #Accommodation, 2 x food & 2 x Training. We have equipment that can be borrowed in the gym. If you wish to buy some equipment this can be arrange from the shop at the camp. Our training times are Mon- Sat Morning 08:00 am Afternoon 16:00 pm.

I have spent four weeks at Honour Muay Thai training. I have been to other Muay Thai camps in Thailand and Honour truly stands out as in a class of their own. It starts with the Owner Howard, a Brit and himself a former fighter. Howard is abundantly present, ready and able to answer all questions. He is pleasant, funny, and importantly extremely helpful, he is present during the training sessions, offering guidance and when needed is able to translate if a message isn’t getting through due to language barriers. The lead trainer, Mr. Lek, is an extremely accomplished fighter, and a wonderfully adept trainer, offering great guidance for both beginners and more advanced students alike. Along with Won and Satja, who round out the Kru team, they are all happy, helpful, funny, and most importantly – patient! Having trained elsewhere, I can tell you not everywhere is good with beginners. I’ve witnessed where the group trainings at other gyms are nothing other than cattle calls, with little to no instruction. Honour truly is different, the beginners get even more attention, and they are truly trying to teach you technique. I didn’t stay onsite, I only trained, but the facilities are great, and all the live in students seemed to be getting along and having tons of fun as well. The other consideration worth pointing out, because I’ve seen the other side, is that Honour is very clean. The mats are mopped, the floors are cleaned regularly. This also has not always been the experience I’ve witnessed elsewhere. The location is a little off the beaten path in a lovely vegetated residential area 5 minutes by moto from Ao Nang beach. Everything easily accessible. There isn’t a scintilla of arrogance, or elitism at this place……you are made to feel welcome and worthy instantly. They hold the traditions of Muay Thai dear as well, so you quickly learn the expectation is to respect the traditions of the Art of Eight Limbs, which is really nice to experience. There is a lot of grunting and sweating when you’re there, but you also importantly hear a ton of encouragement, along with lots of laughter. Don’t hesitate, book it!

I'm interested in the 3 day course, specially about the standard massage practice and the theory of elements according to Thai Traditional Medicine because. I already have some knowledge in Anatomy, physiology and stretching techniques. The school is good atmosphere, good teacher, spoke english very well. I have many knowledge from here.
