Island short tour seeks to give persons who do not want the long drive to Soufriere to still experience some of St. Lucia's charm and beauty with a small group or as a private tour. Enjoy the amazing scenery as we drive the west coast road with stops at Morne Fortune (where the last battle was fought between the French and the British), Marigot Bay (a heaven for yachters), banana plantations, and the village of Anse La Raye (to experience the experience of village lifestyle).  Time may also permit "rhythm of rum tour" which is a tour of our rum distillery.

We had an amazing trip with Andy who looked after us very well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history, the flora and fauna and the landscape. All questions were answered with a smile. Andy met us as arranged and took us to Pigeon Island showing us local places of interest during the journey and giving photo opportunities. We had a very informative tour of the fort and then had some free time on the beach. Andy was flexible with route and timings which was ideal. We would strongly recommend booking with A + tours. Jim picked us up from our AirBnB around 9:30a to begin an amazing private tour around St. Lucia. He’s highly knowledgeable about Lucian history and culture, and a great conversationalist. While driving through this beautiful landscape, we learned the significance of various landmarks from east to west, and were introduced to cassava cakes (a must try) baked in numerous flavourful varieties (be sure to go early for more options—they’re that good!). We experienced the sulphuric mud baths and a beautiful dip in the Piton Falls in Soufriere. Shortly after, we ate at a local restaurant in a vibrant location by the water. I would highly recommend this tour. You’ll leave St. Lucia in awe, with experiences to discuss for days.

Mora and her driver, Dandy, were amazing!! We spent three days with them visiting various locations around St. Lucia including, the sulphur springs, a botanical garden, Gros Piton, Casava Bakery, Banana Plantation, mud baths, local villages, and a couple eateries. Mora is extremely knowledgeable about everything St. Lucia. She took time to answer questions and explain things, and even took some great photos for us. She was very prompt in her communication though out the entire process. They were both very personable, and the days spent with them were the highlight of our trip. They said “come as strangers, leave as friends”, and that’s exactly how we felt. We can’t say enough...we highly recommend!

Booked a tour for April 30th 2020 for 4 people. Had to cancel because of COVID. I have been getting the run around ever since trying to get a refund. It’s been over a year and they have finally ghosted me after many email contact attempts. It’s not even about the money anymore, it’s the principle of a companies word that the refund will be issued. Be very careful of this company in the instance you need to cancel.

Shal, our guide and driver of the Jungle Tour Landrover jeep, was just right for us two adventurous couples. With a cooler full of waters, beers and rumpunch, we saw tropical rainforest, ate freshly baked bread from a local village bakery (no sign on the building, but Shal knows this kind of thing) bought local jerk seasoning and handmade woven baskets. I had my misgivings about the mud baths at the volcano, but we had a blast. There were a bunch of young Germans at the time. We all got covered in the special cleansing clay (with bathing suits on). Pretty rustic, but a cool experience. We felt refreshed and my skin was so soft afterwards. Shal was so personable, we ended up singing country songs with him as we whizzed through the beautiful landscape. One warning, when the top is on the Landrover, it gets fumy inside. We only had the top on when it was raining. Most of the day it was not raining, and the fresh air and sweet rich fragrance of the rainforest made up for it. Our lunch in Soufriere with a spectacular view of the Pitons over the bay was delicious - I was surprised by and enjoyed what tasted like potato salad, but was made with green bananas, no potatoes at all! Shal got us back to the cruise ship just in time - what a full fun day!

The best part of our trip! I was searching for an excursion that was going to get us the best bang for our buck. Since most of the resorts are northwest of the island, I wanted a tour that was going to be able to bring me to the highlights of St. Lucia which are mainly south of the island. This exceeded our expectations! Not only did we see everything but he gave us the flexibility to choose where and what we wanted to do. He gave us so much history about the island and he made sure we were safe the entire time! VERY COVID FRIENDLY! It was a great second-day activity because we were able to see a snapshot of what the entire island has to offer and then go back to the places that we enjoyed so much. It saves you a TON of money on taxi fair. Just stop what you're doing and book them. Trust me, it's worth it! Oh, and bring snacks! :)

We got there through a cruise we were staying for about 5 or 6 hours, so our travel agent found them and he talked to JANET, and closed the service (we were in a groups of 11 people), so we were waiting for the bus and hearing “the bus is coming, the bus is coming” (in this main time JANET DISAPPEARED), so, when we decided to request our refund the bus magically appeared, so started our rushed tour. The driver was nice but we changed maybe 10 words. We didn’t go to the rum factory, we passed through the banana plantation never stopped, Stopped at the 2 spots for photos and stopped at the volcano mud bath for not even 30 minutes. We barely had time to put the mud and wash right after. We didn’t enjoy at all, and for last but not least we should’ve stopped at the beach but we never did because we didn’t have time. (Which we paid extra 5 dollars, SO WE GOT SCREWED AT 45 DOLLARS TOTAL). Anyway, NEVER use their services, again they’re a SCAM company. We know other people that did the same kinda tour, through other companies and they loved. So it’s better look for other companies besides this one.

You will see them as soon as you get off of the ship and go through the building! They were extremely rude and misleading from the start. AVOID JANET! We were scammed out of $45 per person. They will tell you anything to get your money. After waiting 40 minutes and hearing "your bus is coming" we asked for a refund. I wish we got one but the bus magically appeared. We were told we would see a rum factory, the waterfalls, a botanical garden, the mud baths and be dropped off at a beach. We even paid $5 extra to go to the beach. Our first stop was a tiny outdoor bar that had a rum tasting. It was pleasant. The woman there was friendly and we even purchased some of their products. There were a couple of photo stops along the way but we were rushed and was told to be really quick before we even got out of the van. Then we drove to the mud baths which took an hour and 10 minutes. We were told we only had a half hour. In that time we had to wait in line to buy tickets, change our clothes, get in the baths, shower and get back to the van. THAT WAS IT! We never got to see the water falls and we were never taken to a beach which we had paid for. I went to the kiosk to talk to someone after and of course it was closed. Our driver was okay, he wasn't rude or anything but hardly said a word to us. Again, AVOID THIS COMPANY! I will be reviewing them on every site I can! They will scam you out of your money and you will not get the tour you are promised! I'm going to see if I can file a complaint with the port against them as well.
