Museo Archeologico Nazionale delle Marche

Reviewed By pci_12

The museum was really well done, with a large quantity of displays. There were different sections according to the various periods of time. On display were ancient tools, jewelry, helmets, a loom, examples of dyed yarns, etc. About a third of the displays had English translations. In at least one of the sections without English translation, there were helpful charts on the wall. I was there on a weekday morning and there were not a lot of visitors so it was very easy to meander and spend the time looking at the various displays. The employees were very nice and helpful despite my minimal knowledge of Italian, and the admission price was quite reasonable.
