The village of Amed is quite spread out along the coast and is made up of several bays, which are all sheltered from wind and waves, and are favorable for diving.

The best experience ever!!! I did the course with a friend and found that the course was well organised and computer tuition was easy to follow which made understanding the examples revised and shown under water by our fantastic instructor Robby Irawan. If you are thinking of doing the same course ask for Robby, he was really knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly he never gave up on me when i was ready to give up on myself. I would 100% recommend Dune Atlantis to anybody who wants to learn diving, super worth, super friendly!

Visited Bali last week and my brother had booked this diving tutorial for me. My instructor was JD. He is very professional and you can trust him with your life under water. Guided us very carefully above and under the sea. Planning to go again to get a diving license soon.

A flying visit to tick off the Liberty and at the recommendation of Jaume the Boga too. I’m so pleased I researched who to go with. There is a million and one dive operations here and Jaume stands out tops. He is friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the marine species and local reefs. He asked all the right questions for me to know I was in safe hands in the preceding days leading up to the couple dives my schedule allowed. Briefings were very clear, and the subsequent dives executed perfectly to plan. Saw plenty on both, thanks to Jaume who especially and patiently waited for me to spot the scorpion fish two feet from my mask! (So well was it camouflaged) At all times I was impressed by his care, attention, humour and knowledge. Very highly recommended.

Sudi was a fantastic guide! We packed in 6 sites during the day! He is very knowledgeable about each site and about Bali! He is very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked him a million questions about Bali and he always knew the answer. He is also great at taking a photo or video if you need. The car is very spacious and was an oasis from the heat after visiting each site. Highly recommend booking!!

Oliver and his team were very friendly and did all they could to make me feel welcome. Going for a dive was effortless thanks to good organisation and planning, in addition to No Fears well trained and professional staff - the equipment was excellently serviced and in great condition as well. Food was provided from one of the nearby warungs as was always one of Ameds delicious selections. The instructors /guides gave clear and precise briefings and provided additional care in and out of the water when needed, such as helping you gear up (if you require it) etc. Wayan was great for the 5 days I was there and made the trip very enjoyable;he is also a great photographer! Overall, if you want to come to Amed and dive then I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

Become an advanced open water diver on this PADI 2 day advanced dive course in Bali. You will dive in Tulamben and Amed or Padang Bay and Nusa Penida depending on the conditions. We loved our dives with The Underwater Tribe. It was like swimming in an aquarium. Our instructor to us down to 18 meters and we saw so many varieties of fish.

9. Beginners Try Dive Experience
The Beginners Try Dive Experience is for those who are not certified divers and want to try it for the first time. It takes half a day in total to learn the basics before venturing into a shallow dive to enjoy the undersea world in a relaxed setting; one on one with a Master Scuba Diver Trainer. It’s not a certification but it gives you an oh so sweet taste of the fundamentals. It requires no previous dive experience but divers must fill out a medical questionnaire in order to declare no current serious medical conditions or complaints that may affect diving such as flu, asthma and ear problems. These issues can be cleared with doctor consent. If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course. We only serve privately; just you and your family/friends. No groups of mixed visitors. a truly VIP experience

Tone with Scuba Mafia knows every nook and cranny in the area. He will take you to the spots that are worth it, make sure you see them at the right time, and do his best to evade the crowds. I was also gifted with amazing pics of the dives which was totally unexpected. Look no further!
