Manuel picked us up from our hotel in Positano and drove us to the Naples train station. He was on-time, professional, and so easy to talk to! He pointed out sights along the way and treated us to his amazing singing voice. A wonderful, stress-free experience.

Well, i dont think that words can describe this experience. We rented a private car with driver for driving us from sorrento to prositano and continue to Amalfi-coast and back to sorrento. We had Alfredo as a driver. He was dressed very formal and very friendly. He opened and closed the door and was always available for us. He also brought us to some very nice places on the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this affordable, very professional and reliable transport service.

This Part of italy is Absolutely the perfect places for stops having to do with sightseeing, shopping, and to just takeinthe pleasant scenery. Booking was easy and we received prompt replies to our queries. We missed our original flight due to a motorway closure for a serious RTA. We messaged Tony as soon as we knew we were not going to make it and although he had already set off to collect us he happily rearranged both our pick up and departure at no extra cost. He was waiting at the airport when we arrived. The journey was comfortable and interesting with all Tony's facts along the way. The same on the way back. Tony speaks perfect English so communication is easy. Overall very professional, clean and Covid aware. He also made us feel relaxed after a very bad start to the trip. Thank you Tony.

We were so happy that we chose a day trip to Capri with Sal and Frank. During the trip to Capri, Sal has pointed out interesting landscapes. He’s very informative. We’ve learned a lot. On the return trip, we were treated by authentic delicious meal which was cooked by his mother. We felt the warmth during the trip and felt like we were treated like a part of their family and not just a client. We wholeheartedly recommend a trip with them. Hopefully, in the future we would get to do other trips with them again. Thank you again Sal & Frank, during our 2.5 weeks in Italy, spending the time with you guys was one of our best days!

We have had a perfect transfer yesterday with Marco from Sorrento to Napoli Airport. Marco was very kind and gave a lot of information about the region. It was a nice goodbye trip from the lovely Amalfi Coast. had small group vacation planned for last October. cancelled due to Covid. Was offered voucher or refund. told them we needed refund due to not knowing if we would be travelling within a year. was told they would refund our money. Still waiting on a refund of 2084 and 1500 Euros.. that was over 7 months ago when it was cancelled. numerous emails. most of the time no response. Was promised refund when the person handling our group returned to work. nothing yet... Was really looking forward to a great vacation.

AMAZING!! Our tour through Capri and the different grottos was amazing! We were first picked up close to our AirBnB and taken to the port where we would board the boat. The You Know crew was very kind and friendly. We boarded the boat and took off to Capri with drinks. Along the way, our guide provided information, stories, background facts about Sorrento and Capri. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, the captain was also very friendly. They took us to different grottos, including the blue grotto. We were not able to go in because the tide was high. But visiting other grottos we were able to swim (the water was cold so only I swam). One amazing experience was swimming inside some of the grottos and being able to see the clear water and sea animals. We were dropped in Capri to explore at our leisure. They provided food and drinks throughout the trip. We then visited the iconic cathedral shape rock of Capri taking pictures and video. The crew made it very memorable and fun. We had a 11 month old baby with us and we felt very safe. Their COVID protocols also made us feel very safe and secure. We recommend this tour 100000%!
