The history of Quinta do Monte Alegre is written on the sandy paths of the distinguished wine region of the Setubal Peninsula, in the geographical area of ​​Fernando Po, at the heart of the wine-producing plain of the municipality of Palmela. With the constant evolution of technology and the monitoring of new consumption trends, the range of the initial supply of Quinta do Monte Alegre wines was extended to include the production of mono-varietal wines. Then, a selection of "Reserva" certified multi-varietal wines, produced from lots specially selected by a rigorous qualitative process, was launched.
