I wasn't sure i wanted to visit this place, but I'm definitely glad I did. I loved the little random plaques with local noongah information, random quotes as well as the information about the windmills. The wild flowers were lovely and the views were spectacular....i highly recommend visiting for beautiful sunset.

Great views and not very far in the car from the Main Street of Albany. We drove the car up to the telecommunications tower which sits on the top of Mount Melville. Climbing the tower is easy....flat filled in steps spiraling up with a couple of landings....it really is an easy climb and you are rewarded with lovely views of Albany.

Fabulous views from this amazing spot. A great statue at its centre piece salutes the fallen heroes as does the lines of trees with individual plaques as you drive up. Walk to the very top for the best views! Lovely spot!

Visited on Sunday 24th November. Very interesting piece of history is told here and a must see whilst you are at Princess Royal Fortress.
