Reviewed By Luc DLes chambres sont pas entretenu, exemple l'évacuation de la douche casé et il faut attendre 10bonne minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaise. Lit pas confortable, le sol est recouvert de moquettes pour cacher un sol délabré. Insonorisation des chambres inexistantes! Point positif il y a la clim, placards, tv et les chambres sont souvent faite sauf le week-end.

Located in the heart of the city, at only 5 minutes walking distance to the cable car, restaurants and pubs, Tui villa offers great comfort with all the conveniences. If you are attending a conference or visit Sinaia for a business meeting, Tui villa is an excellent place to stay, close to all the major conference venues. If you need Internet connection to supervise your business while you are traveling, at Tui villa you can benefit from wireless broadband Internet connection.
Arrogant owner
Reviewed By SudistWe've been hosted at this motel a year ago for three nights. The worker was doing her job in a very professional manner, very polite and helpful, then we met the actual owner of the place, a real mean old lady. I swear I wanted to pack my things and move to another place, but since the room was paid and the refund policy ain't like in States, we stayed for all three days. Same year, two months later, we were traveling again and since the city of Sinaia was on our way, I said to stay for that night at the same motel (I can't complain about the conditions, it's a clean, silent and well maintained motel). Unfortunately, when I called them, that mean lady answered the phone and her one and only question was "for how many nights do we intend to stay". When I told her that we will stay for one night only, she said she doesn't have rooms for one night, then she hanged up. Now, more exactly two days ago, my wife called the place once again, and the same person answered the phone. Everything was ok till my wife asked if the room has air conditioning. Our hero, the mean lady, yelled at my wife "you want a/c, go to a five stars hotel", and once again she hanged up the phone. Now seriously, how is she still in business with that kind of attitude? I will certainly try to avoid that place, yet once in a while I'll check to see if there's a new ownership...

Harrassed and insulted by the owners for an honest review
Reviewed By carmenfm252I booked this guesthouse on 19 Sep 2018, for one night. My original review on booking.com was as follows: PROS: Bed was large, Water pressure was good. CONS: Cleanliness in bathroom was bad. Shower door was missing. No WiFi, and landlord didn't bother to fix it. No toiletries, although it was advertised to be included. Pillow covers were not fresh. Dogs barking at night. Within the same day, I get messages sent to my account on booking.com from the owners written in Romanian, which I understand and they say the following: "You forgot where you came from, you went to hide in Malta (when the gypsy found himself a king, he hung his father) if you are slightly intelligent you would understand, but I doubt it from the way you came in." That was only the first message out of 3. They just continued going on without me ever replying to them: "Very ugly from your end, but looking at how many years of school you had I am not surprised." So yea, if you leave an honest review, you will get insulted by the owners afterwards :) I had even given them 3 out of 5 stars on booking.com. For that amount of money, go to others in the area, they have plenty of competition.

Alfinio Villa started the activity in August 2017 and offers you three premium suites, classic but modern designed, with a great mountain view. The rooms feature luxurious finishes and are completely equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. At the first floor there is a furnished terrace, the second floor has a balcony and the third one is able to do a strong connection between you and the mountains due to the wonderful view. Every suite offers a king size bed, a kitchenette, a dinning area, a living area with a sofa and armchairs and a private bathroom. We provide you a coffee maker, a fridge, a kettle and a microwave oven. Internet is available everywhere is the Vila. Tv and cable services are also existing. Alfinio is placed in a quiet place, near the forest but it is also placed near the city landmarks, including Peleș Castle and Sinaia Monastery. You can go to the center of the city by foot, in about 15 minutes. There are also some good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Reviewed By simonab289We stayed at the ground floor, in the room with terrace. The room was clean and cosy and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the fact that the owner was very attentive to details - we had makeup remover pads and ear picks in the bathroom, chocolate, candy, wine, tea and coffee in the kitchen area. Another thing that we personally enjoyed, especially because we visited the villa in late October, was the fact that the room had a thermostat, so we could adjust the temperature according to our needs. The location is very good, near to the city centre (approximately a 10-minute walk from the villa). The terrace has a nice view, although is at the ground floor, and for us was the perfect spot to start our mornings with a cup of coffee.

Reviewed By mocinicaThe Complex Lucia contains 3 Villas. We booked 2 of them - the Villa Draga and the Villa Domina. While reading the former reviews we were really not sure wether to book or not. We wanted to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday among with round about 30 friends, so we needed a perfect location. When we arrived and saw the locations we were totally relieved. Both villas are beautiful. Very clean rooms, especially the bathrooms looked completely new and modern renovated. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the rooms are wonderful cosy and warm. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We do not share the bad reviews. We are very demanding, but our expectations have been exceeded. You want a nice vacation - book this !
