Reviewed By kshitijmathur01Old resort last refurbished about 25 years ago . We first stayed in this resort in 1998 . Very ordinary level of service. No and Not possible are two standard answers for any request . Checked in for 2 weeks in a Villa . Very poorly maintained. All request to look for an alternative were rudely rejected. We are told that all other cottages are occupied, when we see so many empty ones around us . Very interesting logic was given to us was that they try to give priority for good cottages to people coming on a short stay . It’s seems that either staff is not trained for working in a hospitality industry or the poor management has not given any rights to them . Indifference to everything is the status quo. Food is below average. Location is good . Territory is large . Potentially this place could be a top resort .

Сначала было немного странно, т.к это мало походило на отели, где я бывала раньше, больше напиминало гостевой дом. Но красивая природа, воздух, да и вкусная домашняя еда (особенно жареная рыбка по-астрахански), заставили меня улыбаться ? И сейчас я с теплотой вспоминаю проведенную там неделю. Спасибо отзывчивым девушкам за внимание и заботу. Было бы неплохо заменить шкафы в номерах и улучшить вайфай. Удачи вам и процветания, от всей души ?

Close proximity with the wilderness, connection with wolves and other majestic animals, cross skiing to your heart desire surrounded by endless snow landscape to fulfill your desire for the year commencement. Gatherings by bonfire to narrate stories and the days adventure, and impressive sauna to challenge the young at heart dearing a jump to the snow. Last but not least, the service cordiality and helpfulness making one fell totally at ease.

Comfortable and good location
Reviewed By YK SNice room, comfortable bed and pillows, decent small kitchen, nice sunrise view and good breakfast. I stayed in Lido 3 nights and feel very comfortable like home. We enjoyed a lot to have a great sunrise view during breakfast time. Supermarket right below and opposite street to the hotel. Very convenient.
