Reviewed By sanayac2019We went to yoga resorts with my toddler and family (2 grandparents). The stay was wonderful. The spa was relaxing, rooms were clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool as it was well maintained. The manager was very courteous and helpful. Will definately recommend this one as a forest spa retreat.

Reviewed By Padmanabhan IVery poor experience in terms of basic etiquette. To begin with the water in the shower remains hot only for some time and then turns cold - so the person has to close / open the shower constantly. Bar was open but no ice available- bartender was on leave so no cocktails Room design is improper - there is no mirror - so u need to visit the washroom everytime u want to check out Not worth at all for the money charged

Serina House is Located itself in Malvan near to Dandi Beach. Serina House offers Free Wifi. All Rooms are Featured with a TV with Cable Channels and a private bathroom with Hot Water Faccility. Free Private Parking is available and the Guesthouse also provides Bike and cars on Rent for the Guest who want to Explore the Seightseeing in Malvan. At the Guesthouse every rooms are fitted with a balcony with a Green View. At Serina House every Rooms are Equipped with a sitting area, Veg & Non Veg Breakfast is Available daily at Serina House. Delicious Veg & Non Veg Food isalso been served as per guest choice at the stay as per informing on early Basis. Around the clock guidence is available at the reception. Staff also speaks Hindi Marathi and English. Staff is Friendly & Cooperative & is Managed by the Kind Owner.

Reviewed By rishi bStayed at the property for a day with my family, The host, Donald was warm and their overall service was nice. The only sorepoint was that there was no mobile network in the room. The rooms had a small conventional box tv which was a let down. The beach is 10 mins walk from the hotel. The offer delicious Chinese food at reasonable rates along with good quantity and quality.

Reviewed By ChanshekhStayed for 2 days with family.Clean bright room.At the cost of stating a normal requirement would add Hot water(this is not always"hot" in Kankavalli other hotels)but available mornings and on request evenings. Food Tea available with Biscuits mornings in room. You can get a Reasonably good Thali downstairs at 1st floor in a family run restaurant Gandharva .Veg is pretty good.Breakfast only mornings Number of items on menu is limited.This restaurant is closed on Mondays. Bawarchi restaurant on a lower floor has OK food. Location suitable for visiting Kunkeshwar ,Vijaydurg,sindhudurg kankavalli achar beach Malvan, . .

Very unprofessional
Reviewed By OnAir813239Be careful. This hotel denied check-in for 26 Dec even after full advance payment due to overbooking. Spoiled 1 day out of my 3 day travel. Disappointing when you drive 10/12 hrs to relax and face shiit like this. I travelled world wide 15yrs including Many major locations in India but never faced this for online or offline booking. Such hotels are disgrace to hospitality. Hope I will get my money refunded. Very unprofessional.
