Reviewed By piotrd621Great place for families with children. We have been here couple of times and our children are always busy with lot of attractions. Breakfests are always delicious and the rooms are well equipted. The area of hotel is also nice with 20 min walk from centre.

Reviewed By Pieman79Very nice place. Lots of shops and eateries. The mountain nearby and the cable cars are great. The views are fabulous. There is lots to do in this area for couples and families of all ages. There are shops and supermarkets for self catering preferences as well.

A great weekend hideaway, we have been told meetings are also being accommodate, yet mainly during busy weekdays. Relaxing atmosphere, lovely staff, great food excellent value for money!

Ok place to stay
Reviewed By Ewelina SThe place is located in a quiet and very nice area still close to the city centre. We booked a room for 3 nights. The room was very basic and not very well cleaned. The spiderwebs on the lamp and behind out bed,there is no fridge in the room. Breakfast in the morning was very nice downstairs. I just had a feeling the staff is nicer to German tourists rather to anyone else. It's a shame because it's a beautiful building surrounded by beautiful park.

Great place for mtb holiday
Reviewed By ad_vonskExtraordinary friendly and helpful staff. The owners gave us so much advice where to go for biking, recommended places to visits etc. I couldn't expect more. Location is perfect, short walking distance to the center but still very quiet. Parking at the property and safe room to store bikes. Breakfast very good, everyone can find something to eat open eating area in the park. Freshly prepared coffee on request. What you see on the pics is what you get on site. Thanks! You really made long weekend very enjoyable. Everything was really good, nothing to complain. With a outdoor pool the place would be fantastic. There is no aircon in the rooms - not a big problem but you need to be aware of the fact.

Each part of the building has a name: Klinika Młodosci Medical SPA and Rehabilitation Center "Czerniawa Zdroj" (Centrum Rehabilitacji "Czerniawa Zdroj") It is located on the sunny side of the Jizera Mountains, surrounded by a park with jogging path and fragrant pine forest inhabited by many chattering birds and deer peeking at our premises. Peace and quiet, contact with nature.
a disastrous stay

There is no map of the facility and the guests are wondering between buildings looking for the places they were sent to for their massages, baths etc. Usually the staff is not in the offices or rooms where they are expected to be, which adds to the total confusion. Nobody, except for the receptionist, is ever at their workplace. They seem to have just wandered away (again and again and again)....There also seems to be nobody in charge of this hotel and not even one person in the staff wants to take responsibility for what's going on. The people who should be in charge are...on vacation. Or, the guest is supposed to be told that they are on vacation? Most guests at this place are older folks from Germany and the staff seems to be fluent in German and Polish only. The food is very bad. The housekeeping staff, however, was nice. The rooms are nice too and the place has potential. They even have a daily free shuttle to Swieradow. They urgently need new management, as the place is clearly on its last leg. We had just a very disappointing time altogether and we felt we had to cut our stay short. To their credit, they refunded the money for the unused portion of our stay. They cared so little they didn't bother to ask why we were disappointed.They were not rude, they were simply not interested in doing their job or caring about anything.
