Lovely rooms but terrible service
Reviewed By 151patrycjadStayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and went for the beach facing apartment in Ultra Marine. Great location, right on the beach with a scenic 40 min walk into town. From the outside the hotel does look 5 star. The greeting at reception was cold and transactional but efficient. The service in the hotel as a whole is 3 star at best. Long wait for drinks in the bar and spa staff rude. The room we were given was glass fronted but on the ground floor with children playing on the grass 5 yards away so felt like we were in an aquarium. Also no towels in the room. After complaining we were offered the same room two floors up from the second day which made a big difference and had a really nice balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. We paid for breakfast and evening meal included but only ate there once as the food was poor and atmosphere manic. Again not five star standard. Overall a nice hotel in a lovely town but not worth what we paid and certianly not 5 star.

The staff is very friendly and the own restaurant is excellent. The swimming pool + sauna is also recommended. This holiday flat is highly recommended. The key handover is 100 meters in another hotel complex. Therefore you should read the confirmation of the order very carefully to know where to get the keys. Pro-tip: DO NOT arrive at 16:00, because then the lobby is very full! I recommend to arrive between 14:00 and 15:00! Not so good: Wlan in the room: no reception, signal too weak. But in the lobby it works well. Parking situation a bit chaotic...

Clean room, terrible food, friendly staff
Reviewed By EsdekaIt's an hotel where you can run into a bus of tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dinner can be included in the price but I would not recommend that. The food is really terrible (buy some bread instead in the local supermarket). The rooms are clean. Unprotected wifi, no air-conditioning. Downstairs there is a pool and some wellness offerings.

Reviewed By Justyna187048The hotel is located on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the seaside. Our room was very spacious and clean with lovely wooden floors. There's no kettle in the room but you can borrow it from reception anytime. We were really impressed with buffet breakfast, the best we've ever seen, lots of choices. Would have given 5 stars if the staff spoke English - I think it's a necessity in busy tourist places these days. Overall, we had a great time at Olymp 2.

Not a four star hotel
Reviewed By muffina2014The fact that the hotel promotes itself as a four star hotel makes me rate the hotel lower Hotel room clean, but smelled quite strongly of something undefined chemical Curtains have been torn and badly repaired We stayed for two nights, but saw no attempt to clean the room second day Reception staff giving an attitude whenever we contacted them No WiFi in the room. When we complained we were asked to contact IT next day. After waiting over a hour he came. The result was him placing a mini router in the room In the booking it stated parking was available. Well - it existed, but was full. Luckily enough it was parking available not to far away from the hotel Finally - breakfast ok, but nothing more. Included dinner was really basic - we only tried one of the days Best hotel improvement potentials are focus on the customers - smile instead of giving an attitude + acknowledge at until things change, this is not a four star hotel

Reviewed By ChrisU965WG2 weeks wasted Rooms horrible. The ghosts of communism everywhere. Guests mostly Polish some German unfriendly and even hostile. Poor room and cleaning service. Garbage emptied every other day. Must ask for clean towels and vacuum. The building is old and poorly adapted for modern use. This is not hotel. This is a hospital with ridiculous rules. Corridors not lit adequately. No elevators: just ask the older and overweight guests. English speaking service non-existent. If English is the only language you speak don’t go there you will be lost. Personnel largely indifferent to your needs. Salt water pool way too small and always overcrowded. Never again . ?
