I selected this hotel based on the reviews and I didn’t disappoint:) It exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and big room with a mountains view was wonderful ️ Warm & generous service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. The pool and spa is nice and all the staff I encountered were helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended! Thank you for a positive memorable experience ?

Huge disappointment - we checked out immediately
Reviewed By KT FWe had booked this based on the photographs available on booking.com - whoever was paid to take these did a great job. The hotel is in the process of being renovated whilst also being fully booked, meaning that it is very evident that this is not complete. There is the old Villa which is the original building and then two new wings being finished, which have the potential to be nice. Check in clerk was nice enough, spoke limited english but we got what we needed. After trying to not to breathe in overwhelming air freshener we found our room, up on the fourth floor - this was our Honeymoon and I had asked for a nice room with a view if possible which the hotel said they could honour. This isnt what was delivered. The room was tiny and extremely basic although I will say the wet room looked new and was clean, albeit very small. There is only one room in the whole hotel with a bath by the way, which is in the old villa and the nicest room photographed! The carpets were dirty and stained. There were two holes in the wall on each side of the french doors. This led out onto a disappointing balcony which is about 2 ft wide, no chairs or anywhere to really take in the views, you would expect a hotel in this location to monopolize those opportunities. The flooring on the step of the balcony was all loose and you are not separated by any privacy screen from the adjourning rooms balconies. The room contained no comfort features at all - there was one chair at a small desk that contained a mint teabag and a berry teabag. The bed was pushed into an alcove so my partner couldn't actually walk down one side of the bed as he's 6ft 4, whilst the other side is against the wardrobe (which contained nothing, no extra pillows, blankets or robes). There are always two single beds pushed together, this is not an extra large double or double bed and certainly not what we were expecting for a honeymoon stay! There were various other stains and marks on the walls and water marks and stains on many of the corridor walls. The hotel couldnt offer us any viable alternatives as the hotel was full so we thought we would check out the rest of the amenities before making a decision, hoping something would make the stay comfortable and the room could be overlooked. The pool is TINY with no where to sit comfortably or relax round it. There was a family with children in there when we went to look at it and there is no way you would have been able to swim or even relax in that pool as it was full with 4 people. There is no private changing area, just a row of lockers in an open room off the main corridor, nor are robes available to walk from your room to the pool if you want to get changed in privacy at your room. Only two VERY substandard orange towels were present in the room which we presumed must be for the "spa". There is one open shower available off the pool so again, you would have to wander back to your room in a small towel if you wanted any privacy at all to shower after using the pool. The bar (calling it a bar is a stretch) was closed when we arrived at 6pm on Sunday and did not look like anything comfortable or special. The restaurant only serves between 5pm and 7pm which is extremely limited considering you would have to drive into Karpacz if you wanted to eat outside of these times since it is a fair walk down an awful driveway! Again there is a mix of new parts and half finished, renovated parts as you walk around the hotel - it has potential. The drive up to the hotel is horrendous, pot holes are an understatement! It ended up snowing whilst we stayed in the area (in another hotel) so goodness knows what that road would have been like. The hotel overall is hugely misrepresented in photographs which is so disappointing as it looks fabulous. We booked through booking.com and immediately checked out when we realised there was no comfort at all and the hotel couldn't offer an alternative (i understand they were full and the receptionist was only able to do so much). I made a complaint via booking.com immediately that evening after driving 2hrs to a friend we luckily knew in Wroclaw. They assured me they would contact the hotel and seek a refund - I provided the photographs to back this up too. As it stands, we have yet to receive a response from the Manager of the hotel and therefore booking.com cannot refund us which I find horrendous service, considering their KPI for the hotel to respond is only 3 days. Stay somewhere else and save your money - this poorly presented hotel is only made worse by the poor service provided by the manager! We ended up staying at Palac Margot which was amazing and exactly as it looks!!

Reviewed By Profi75The main problem of this place is its service. People who work there are confused, slow and each question have to consult with their boss. This man seems to be very greedy because he doesn't take into consideration any cancellations, proposes high prices if you ask for some extras etc. The staff are polite but obtrusive. It's very annoying when they remind you about some things all the time. The hotel itself is quite old, there some drawbacks as far as the cleanliness is concerned but it keeps the standard of two stars. The area around is poor - one worn-out volleyball pitch and a few badly constructed fascilities for kids. It is close to the main route to Śnieżka peak and is far away from the noise which is the positive. Another plus is the food - especially their breakfasts are OK.

Po trzecie :cena adekwatna do oferty i warunków. Zajmowaliśmy apartament(dwa pokoje z łazienką-w tym jeden sypialny)z widokiem na Śnieżkę i Kopę,pokoje czyste ,w łazience standardowo ręczniki i saszetki z mydłem i szamponem. Jak dla nas ,apartament spełniał oczekiwania.Śniadania -stół szwedzki(może mało urozmaicony ale wystarczający ),obiadokolacje to domowe smaczne jedzonko podawane do stołu.Pracownicy obiektu bardzo przyjaźni,panie w recepcji pomocne i sympatyczne.Przy obiekcie znajduje się parking ,który na noc jest zamykany(nie ma problemu z kluczem,zawsze jest pozostawiony w recepcji).Każdy otrzymuje klucz do pokoju wraz z drugim do obiektu,gdyż po 20.00 jest zamykany.Dla nas ten obiekt jest idealny ,jesteśmy i wędrowcami a ośrodek zapewnił nam wystarczające wytchnienie po wyczerpujących trasach.

Food was horrible they close the kitchen and you have not option for anything else.. and finally the room was good but bathroom was like a visit back to 1970's... Stay away if you value customer service and decent food!!

Reviewed By Magdalena SSpędziliśmy w Bukówce jedną noc, ale ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Co prawda brakowało nam dużego pojedynczego łóżka, ale w momencie rezerwowania nie było takiej możliwości. W pokoju także telewizor, czajnik, kubki, talerze i sztućce, szafa, prywatna łazienka. Obiekt posiada m.in. parking dla klientów, huśtawki, miejsce do gry w siatkówkę. Byliśmy zaskoczeni ogromnym wyborem w bufecie na śniadanie. Miła obsługa i przemiła właścicielka :)

Ogromne rozczarowanie
Reviewed By sylwiam157Trafiłam z rodziną do tego obiektu przez Booking.com, gdzie Róża Wiatrów ma bardzo dobre opinie na poziomie 8.5/10. Muszę z przykrością stwierdzić, że nie wiem, skąd te opinie się wzięły. Zacznę od plusów. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja(obok stacja narciarska Winterpol, blisko szlaków, vis a vis dwie świetne restauracje). Za dobre uznam też śniadania. Co do minusów to długą listę otwiera "strefa relaksu". Zarezerwowałam tę willę właśnie ze względu na to udogodnienie. A na miejscu okazało się, że w basenie bardzo zimna woda, podejrzanie stojąca, na pewno niezdatna do bezpiecznych kąpieli.Kolejna sprawa to sala gier. Bilard jest, ale bez kijków, krzywy stół do tenisa bez siatki. Na strefę relaksu nie było co liczyć. Przejdę do samego lokum. Na zdjęciach oczywiście widziałam, że obiekt nie należy do nowoczesnych i jest bardzo skromnie umeblowany. Ale nie mylmy skromnego wyposażenia z zaniedbanym. W wielu miejscach grzyb, łóżka tak styrane, że nie da się na nich spać, bo tak trzeszczą, stojąca woda w brodziku, uszkodzony pilot z przeciekającymi bateriami, wszędzie lekki smrodek - niech nikt mi nie próbuje wmówić, że to taki "klimat miejsca"- wykładzina na korytarzach, która dawno nie widziała środka czyszczącego, a może i zwykłej szczotki, wokół willi totalny bałagan, schody z wytłuczonymi płytkami, przewrócone doniczki z tujami + innymi rzeczami różnego pochodzenia, na I piętrze, gdzie chyba znajduje się wyjście do ogrodu, tuż za drzwiami na - nazwijmy to tarasem - rzucony rozwalony fotel rozkładany. Jak prowadzi się taki interes, to się o niego dba. Pani właścicielka kłamie prosto w oczy, mówiąc, że "właśnie ktoś zniszczył siatkę od stołu do tenisa, a ona nigdzie nie może nowej dostać". Po pierwsze, czytałam komentarze innych osób i wiem, że strefa relaksu wygląda tak od dłuższego czasu, a po drugie, mamy XXI wiek i dobę internetu, zamawia się takie rzeczy np.przez Allegro i przywożą pod drzwi. Ale trzeba chcieć. Wyjechaliśmy dzień wcześniej. Właścicielce przyznam, że poszła nam na rękę i opuściła cenę o 100 zł. Jednak to nie zrekompensuje mojego zmarnowanego urlopu. Z pewnością otrzymam od właścicielki odpowiedź na ten komentarz, podobnie jak inni, którzy ośmielili się coś niepochlebnego napisać o tym obiekcie. Uprzedzam jednak, żeby Szanowna Pani nie wysyłała mnie do Hotelu Gołębiewski, bo mnie na niego nie stać. Proszę uczciwie podchodzić do przyszłych klientów.
