Reviewed By 683amitmAmenities are basic. Reception and housekeeping staff was helpful. Poolside bar staff was not so helpful, it felt that they make rules on the go. Hotel refuses to provide even basic stuff like clothes iron.

Not amazing if I'm honest
Reviewed By steve cStaff - particularly at the pool bar - surly and unhelpful and although I do appreciate the language difficulty if you point to a beer tap and raise three fingers I would think that's international language for three beers....but not there....just a blank stare. Main restaurant was shut all the time we were there, so just the buffet which was a bit 'samey', Still it's a great base if you're going to see the falls and park, and the helipad isn't too far down the road for the falls too. Huge touristy shop down the road the other way which is fun to visit! It's like a warehouse!!

Nice Place to Stay - Fun Activities
Reviewed By PDKDPWe stayed only one night but we were surprised at all the activities available. The room was fine (nothing super special) but it was surprising to see all the bikes, the kids sports area and the smaller pools in addition to the larger pool. The breakfast was great and everyone we encountered was so friendly and provided great service. We had such fun with Tio Do Belo playing Bingo and loved his enthusiasm and how he engaged everyone and kept the energy level high - great job. I also would recommend the Grill Restaurant - the gentleman who took care of our table (I am not sure if he was the manager) was so attentive and made great recommendations. It was a lovely meal at the end of a busy day.

Reviewed By BrazilVisitThe staff of the Resort were very willing to help in any way they could to make our stay more enjoyable. Especially attentive were the waitstaff in the restaurants. A particular group of restaurant waitstaff, Gabriella, Caroline and others who I didn't get their names were especially helpful as neither my wife nor I can speak Portuguese. The quality, selection and preparation of the food was superb! Unfortunately we ate TOO MUCH!
