Reviewed By Aja598Uma propriedade familiar onde um dia, Leandro e Geni tiveram uma ideia, que com o passar do tempo acabou se tornando turismo rural e hoje desenvolve diversas atividades em área total de 110 HÁ. Em janeiro de 1999 esse projeto começou juntamente com um grupo de estudantes da área de turismo onde a programação era apenas as trilhas com almoço na mata e ao final do dia um café colonial que era servido na garagem do carro da família. Em 2010 inaugurou a pousada com 7 apartamentos e 30 leitos. Em 2018 a fazenda recebeu cerca de 10.300 visitantes sendo eles do mundo todo, um trabalho familiar que conta com uma equipe de 19 funcionários dedicados, visando a melhoria e o bom atendimento aos. Quem não possui propriedade rural, pode desfrutar de um dia de campo e ter uma ampla visão de que além do lazer, é uma atividade que exige dedicação e muito trabalho mas que nesta área convive-se com um ambiente agradável e muito familiar, ampliando-se as amizades e tendo a companhia dos proprietários, sempre prontos a "um dedo de prosa" e convívio harmonioso.

Quaint little place on the edge of town
Reviewed By Stan MThis is a fairly new hotel just across the street from Snowland. That means it is a decent drive back to town. But, I had a meeting in Nova Petropolis, so this was a great location for me. The room was clean, albeit on the smaller side. But, it was all I needed. I was there in Winter and it was a cold night. But, the heater kept the room toasty. Breakfast was typical for the region. My only complaint is that the Wi-fi signal was so weak in my room that I couldn't really use any social media.

My favourite place to stay in Rio Grande do Sul
Reviewed By danschaumannI stayed at Pousada Cafundo in October 2021 with my girlfriend, thanks to a recommendation from one of her friends. It was an extremely beautiful and relaxing place to spend time. In terms of location, it's about a 20 minute drive along a sealed road from Cambará do Sul. The sealed road continues for another few kilometres past Pousada Cafundo before turning gravel (decent, drivable quality) which leads to Cânion Fortaleza Cambara do Sul, one of the highlights of the area. It's also a good base to explore Cânion Itaimbezinho, although you have to return to Cambará do Sul and take a different road to get there. The grounds of the Pousada are just beautiful. We knew we were in for something special when we drove into the gates. This kind of remote getaway was exactly what we were hoping for. The room itself was spacious and rustic, the bed was extremely warm & comfortable, and we had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. A delicious & filling breakfast was provided on both days and some complementary snacks & wine were available in the room for us to try. The staff were attentive and helpful, they didn't speak English but luckily my Brazilian girlfriend was able to help translate. It was a great place for us to relax after a busy day of hiking the nearby canyons. Some small downsides were that the price is on the more expensive side, it took some time for the heating to kick in, and also the internet service was very poor (given that the area is remote, it's no surprise). However, the lack of internet gave us a rare chance to disconnect from the rest of the world. I give it 5 stars because it really did provide us with the getaway we needed.

Reviewed By JaquelineelmiroA casa é muito boa, bem localizada numa rua tranquila. Tem dois quartos bons e com boa roupa de cama. A cozinha é toda equipada, tem fogão, geladeira, liquidificador, sanduicheira, microondas e demais utensílios (pratos, copos, panelas, talheres, etc). Na esquina da rua tem um café e bem próximo há dois mercadinhos que vendem pão. O dono da casa mora ao lado e tem uma campainha caso precise de algo. A garagem é independente, com comando por meio de portão eletrônico. Estadia muito agradável.
