Reviewed By Smartfish24Basic but nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaned regularly. Small plunge pool in pleasant garden. Peaceful. Can hear the waves from Odayam Beach. Would go there again definitely. Can walk along the beach and path in about half an hour.

Aryavilla heritage is a fantastic place to stay. We have the ideal location, just set back from the Helipad in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, ayurvedic treatments, taxis and tuck tucks. The hotel has 2 balcony rooms, amazing common balcony with hammock and terrace at the rooftop where you can practice yoga and meditation, relax reading something or chatting, or make some funny pictures. Our friendly staff will make your stay easy and comfortable, helping you with all your queries about the place, food, treatments, money exchange, transportation, travelling around etc. Rooms are clean and have ceiling fans, private bathrooms, wardrobes, tables, chairs and double/twin beds. The hotel provides fully equipped shared kitchen, complimentary toiletries and free wi-fi. There is a 24-hour check-in/check-out possibility. For your comfort we can arrange the transfer to our place.

Feels like home
Reviewed By csuidanI love this place. I just kept extended my stay because I felt so at home. The rooms are simple but spacious. The room is spacious, it has a wardrobe and SOFT double (or two single) beds, good size bathroom with hot water, fan or A/C and a balcony or porch. Its CLEAN and quiet and over looks palm trees to the front and the ocean to the side. Its nearly on the cliff edge, but its set just a few 100 meters back, which is perfect because you have some privacy. Its in walking distnace to everything you need. The family is lovely. The husband and wife do it all together. The are kind and helpful but they also are very respectful of your space and time. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will absolutely return.

Reviewed By EvievvThis is a comfortable hotel, air con worked and staff were helpful. Our towels were dirty and stained when we arrived, they changed immediately. The groups in the other rooms also had dirty sheets, and they changed them with sheets that were still stained/dirty. The pool was too dirty for us to swim in, luckily they are part of a 3 hotel complex, and there's a nice pool down the road we were able to use.If I'm honest, I think we got the worst pick out of the 3. The place was decent to sleep in, it was quiet and comfortable - but there isn't really anything else to offer with this one.

Great to beat the crowd
Reviewed By Sabine NI really enjoyed my stay there. The host Binu does really everything to make you feel safe, comfortable and makes sure you have everything you need. If you want to find a nest away from the noise from the Northcliffside check in here. Just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. If it´s too hot in the rooms you might check out the roof top where you can see the sunrise and the sunset! Great view and very peaceful up there. Big thank you to Binu!

Breeze house is located in Varkala South cliff 100 meters away from Aliyirakkom beach.We offer our guests a calm and beautuful environment to enjoy the panoromic view of Arabian Sea from all the rooms which is a perfect recipe of a relaxing holiday.Our homestay is situated in a peaceful and quiet colony away from city traffics,noise and pollution.We have total of only 6 rooms here.

Reviewed By daviprcdWithout any hesitation the best place we stayed during our Kerala trip in february 2020. The room was very clean and confortable. The house is just located 100 meters from the beach. The food was just the best we had in Kerala: big and delicious portions. BUT, what really makes a difference is the service. The owner and his wife are the kindest couple you can find. They will make u feel at home and mak u kiss Varkala as soon as u leave. The local dog is also very friendly. I willbe back!!!

Excellent experience
Reviewed By Andy PWe planned on flopping here for a day or two to see the beach and move on. We loved the location and manager (Shaji) so much we ended up staying for two weeks. Shaji was so kind and helpful. He arranged a late night pickup from the airport, scooter rental, cooking classes (hosted by Shaji’s wife and sister), and even an invite to an Indian wedding! This was a true homestay and it really felt like being part of a family. We also enjoyed yoga classes, surfing lessons and Ayurvedic spa treatments all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and private with great AC and there was strong WiFi in the common area. There was a new big screen TV in the room but I never thought to turn it on. The price for everything was very fair and a great value. At the end of our stay we were sad to leave and running late so Shaji raced us to the train station in his personal car. I would recommend this homestay for everyone looking for some privacy from the tourist bustle but close to the beach. A truly great experience with amazing people at an excellent price. Highly recommended!
