They had no mercy for my vacation
Reviewed By Vale_eusOn 12th of July 2020 I booked at Arome 22, via booking.com (reservation number 3567766892 PIN 0787), one room from 27th of July until 02nd of August, check in between 15.00-22.00 and i kept dreaming at my 2020 after covid vacation for two weeks. On the 27th of july at 13.22., after I had already driven 250 km by car and I was expecting to check in, I was called by the manager of Arome 22, from the number 0722226535 and she told me that it was an overbooking problem and i can no longer check in at Arome 22 becouse our room is occupied. She can only offer us a room from 29th of July until 1st of August. In these covid times I had to remain without accomodation because I could not find any suitable location for me and my wife and we had to return home. I had nothing to do and I refused to stay in other location because the reason for choosing to spend my 2020 summer vacation in Eforie region was the reservation I made at Arome 22.

Reviewed By acuditzafWe found out about "Delta Miraj" after it was recommended to us by friends who've been there. After checking reviews online and looking at photos we decided to book. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences. The owners are the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet, they advised us what trips to get, where to eat, how to get around. They were above and beyond and quite frankly made our trip great. The accomodations are top notch, the rooms are great and you have everything you need. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy some cocktails as well as the deck overlooking the Danube where you can spend the evening watching the sun set and enjoying some wine. Combine the above with a trip through the canals where you'll see splendid one of a kind sights, incredible wildlife. Nature at its best. We can't recommend this place enough. Reviewed By BogdeanWe really liked the complex. It has SPA, tennis court, a nice garden and 2 playgrounds for kids (one inside and one outside). The stuff was friendly and nice. The complex has 2 restaurants and many terraces. The prices are fine and the food is tasty. We will come back!

Pleasant stay in Constanta
Reviewed By AndreeaConstantinThe room was ok, with a huge and comfortable double bed and a different bed for our 6 years old kiddo. The sheets clean, the bathroom with everything needed, clean. And also the phone is a piece of art and such a curiosity to understand for our boy. The location was also perfect for us as there is a walking distance (15-20 mins) from the old city, museums... The hotel looks very nice at the interior and it's a pleasure to take a little tour of it. I loved the interior of the hotel and the way it was decorated. Also did my kiddo :) There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. It is true that it's a little bit small, but it's perfect for a city center parking lot. In the room there is a minibar, 2 glasses of beer, a kettle, but nothing else more. No tea, no coffee, no cups. We stayed from Friday evening till Sunday. During our stay nobody took our garbage out. We also had some issues with the breakfast on Saturday, but the things got better on Sunday. If you order coffee and want to take it in the room and enjoy on the balcony, you have to pay an extra tax of room service. We were prepared of having a noisy room as the hotel is in the center of the city, on a large boulevard. But we also had noise coming from the rooms near us. The people were talking and it was as they were in our room, with us. Taking into consideration the location, the cleanliness and the hope that the things will get better, I would give it another try.

Great location but found room full of ladybugs and other insects.Customer service is a zero.
Reviewed By bogdanv176So we went for a couple's weekend there , arrived late in the evening, room full of ladybugs. No other rooms available. Staff tried to clean up but with no success, they kept coming throughout the whole night. Could not get a good sleep because of all the bugs falling on us and flying around. We complained to the management in writing. No reaction. They said we are overdoing it, it was only 3 ladybugs. We have pictures and movies of the hundreds of bugs in the room. Not a good experience. Also the place is falling apart, flooding in the bathroom, warm water not hot, electric wires hanging from the ceeling.. etc. The whole concept is really nice but they don't live up to the 4 stars price they ask. We moved the next day to a much nicer location.

Reviewed By Kathryn DThis was our second visit here. Such an excellent location, so near to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Very pleasant staff, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Fridge in room. Bright restaurant area for breakfast with good quality food and coffee. Lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and mattresses and this year the bar was open more often. Already booked to go back!

Reviewed By James MI booked in for 4 nights my stay was so good that I stayed again for 3 nights before I came home. The Staff and owner were great.will be back in September. Also there is a out door Bar B Que area and there is a nice big kitchen to cook in.

Owner who does not care about the Delta
Reviewed By Gabriela PThe biggest disappointment was to see how the people running this operation treat the very nature that let's them have it and some of the staff and family that work for them. Clearly profit oriented owner. He changes his story according to how he can benefit from a situation. The cook was nice and some dishes were good, but some other were tasteless. A lot of the ingredients were bought from big-box stores. Definitely not authentic and not romantic. The only nice things - there is still some wild life around and the roof of the building is very interesting - made of tall-grass.
