Reviewed By keelin30The guesthouse is situated in Cisnadie, only 15 minutes drive from Sibiu. The location is tranquil and beautiful: lots of flowers in the garden, gazebo to eat outside, small creek and the forest nearby. The room and the entire property are spotless. Ana, the owner, is a perfect host and we look forward to come back and "recharge".

Although you are in the middle of the nature, the bungalows here are designed in a modern and minimalist style, being equiped with everything you need. We chose Moon bungalow due to the bigger surface. The transparent wall from the bungalow was the thing that made us choose Portal, but we were pleasantly surprised to find here many other aspects defining an excellent setup for relaxation. Pet friendly ?

A nice pension in a nice village.
Reviewed By Silviu TI visited in October the village of Sibiel. This village is very nice, at the base of the Carpathian mountains. The village is a clean place with farmers and guesthouses and is an oasis of fresh air, nature and quiteness. If your stressed out, go there for 1 week. The main activity could be climbing the mountains or riding the bicycle. The pension Andrei is located 30m near the main street to the left. There are some parking places there, but if they are full, there is another parkplace on the main road about 150m away. There is a small river just outside the pension. The garden is nice typical for a Romanian house, with grapes all over the yard. There`s a barbecue and a place for spending time. Inside the pension there is a restaurant at the ground floor which could take 40-50 persons. The food is good, everything locally produced, best taste, bio! The rooms are acceptable, with bathroom inside, clean and tidy and you can have a good night sleep in there, It is not fancy, it is everything you would expect from such a pension. The owner is nice, pretty talkative and will reveal the history of the family with great pleasure. I recommend this pension because of the tidy looks and because of the great mountain view.

We ordered all kinds of soups, meat, fries, etc. Everything tasted amazing, the staff very friendly and prompt, the terrace clean and a beautiful ambience. The prices are low for how good the quality is! I highly recommed this place if you are nearby! Would give 10 stars if possible.

Una realtà parallela e tipicamente rumena che non deve spaventarvi ma farvi vivere con profonda immersione l'esperienza della magica e sicura Romania. La signora era un po di cattivo umore ma il giorno successivo ci ha sorriso ed è stata dolce. Il marito veramente educato e molto cortese. Gente semplice e bella. Stanza pulita. Acqua calda. La notte è uno spettacolo affacciarsi alla finestra ed essere circondati dalla natura incontaminata. Esperienza indimenticabile.

An absolutely amazing place!

To start with, the host Florin is a fantastic guy who helped me a lot to find the nice spots around and also shared a bit of the Romanian culture. Plus the room was very comfortable, large, with a nice bed and excellent shower. Plus the fact that is so close to Balea Lake and Waterfall, in a village right at the famous road. I strongly recommend this place!

Cozy place with great hosts
Reviewed By kelemenorsiWe stayed 4 nights and it was a nice experience. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a big kitchen and dining area and a nice garden with 4 tables to sit outside on the terrace. There are rooms with shared bathrooms, but all in all it is a good place to stay

An ok-ish place for a 1 night sleep
Reviewed By 487ioanasWe have booked a room at Pensiunea Class only for 1 night as we were in transit towards a different location and we didn't have much to choose from as there weren't a lot of options in Saliste and didn't want to make any detours. We have made the booking via Booking.com, where the latest check in was mentioned to be at 20:00. We have called at noon to advise that we will arrive later that 20:00. We have arrived at 20:15 and they have honored the reservation, but they have marked our booking as a No show (they have advised me about this over the phone). The person that did our check-in, bluntly advised us that we must pay at the check-in, with cash, without giving us a receipt, or even ask if we need one. The furniture and facilities are outdated, hence I wouldn't rate this location as having 3 stars. The linen is old, we haven't even used the towels. At two days after our stay at this pension, the owner called me at 8 o'clock in the morning to complain about the review I gave on Booking and tell me that I should have stayed at a pension that costs 800 ron/night if I wanted better linen and overall conditions. Moreover she complaint about the fact that I have told Booking.com that we have indeed stayed at the pension as per our booking but have arrived 15 minutes after the latest check-in. She said that the person that did our check in was her mother who doesn't know how to issue a receipt. This has been the worst experience ever, they have no clue of what decent customer service means, and I do not recommend this location.
