For spending your time more interesting there is a tourism informational office at the hotel.

Reviewed By Martin EAsia Mountains felt like our little home during our stay in Kyrgyzstan. The family room was clean and spacious with two separate bedrooms. The staff was the highlight -- They are fantastic. Recently my wife and I came down with a stomach bug and at midnight Doran who was on night shift voluntarily ran to a pharmacy to get us some medicine. This was reflective of the quality and helpfulness of the staff through out trip. Thanks Hotel Asia Mountains!

Reviewed By Алтынай КThe owner is very client unfriendly and greedy, he made us to pay for 1 extra day, which we didn't stay there. I just paid since I didn't want to have a conflict with him. The service in hotel is satisfactory I would say, but the hotel itself is not very clean and doesn't look comfortable. So I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. Отель весьма посредственный, странно построен. Обслуживание на троечку, но самое ужасное - это отношение клиентам. Вообще не рекомендую!

The host pressured us to cancel our online booking so she didn't have to pay commission, the room was like staying in somebody's spare room and we felt like we were intruding in somebody's private home. The only positives were somewhat reasonable wi-fi and the location.

Reviewed By JONO5K1OK. Please listen to my honest review, both negative and positive, but most importantly, the first. This hotel is basically not-functioning. There doesn't seem to be any real staff present and it looks abandoned. No maintenance (as you will see from the pictures) and no cleaning. Sadly this was once (and recently it seems) a very elegent property, however the photos don't reflect the reality anymore. The room when I entered had sunflower seeds over the carpet and the bathroom hadn't really been cleaned to a hotel standard. Likewise the room had noticeable spots of dirtiness, especially the carpet, and people had evidently been smoking in there. In fact, for my 8 nights, the smell of smoke was continuous. Additionally a women started banging on my door at 2am and tried to open it (she found better luck next door... If you know what I mean...the paper thin walls didn't hide much). Basically this hotel is no longer functioning and is essentially abandoned. My room was never cleaned during the entire stay. The kettle had a different pulet to the wall and the white "gowns" were stained with brown patches. I don't recommend staying here when equally priced, yet better alternatives are available. I have since moved. The positives are the design, which is why I chose it, the room, which, although not maintained, was very elegent and very comfortable. The bathroom had underfloor heating too, which one could alter using a thermostat and the air con was good. There was also a fridge.

Reviewed By banhegyigApricot Guest House is located in a small village by the Southern shore of Issyk-kul. Banur, the host and her family provide everything what you need for a relaxing holiday. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away, by car you can reach wonderful valleys, waterfalls in no time. The food is tasty, the rooms are comfortable, the hosts are wonderful.

Reviewed By lauren_bailey23We really enjoyed the hospitality of this guest house. The two brothers who own the place are friendly with excellent English and were very helpful. The food provided for dinner was plentiful but no vegetarian option (to be expected considering the location but something to be aware of). Breakfast was equally as filling. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was great. The only downside is the price of this place, we paid more to stay here than we did for a 4 star hotel in Bishkek. However, that was our choice and we did have a wonderful stay.

Mancarea a fost very good and the ice cream was delicious ; at the vitamin bar we find always fresh drinks. And in terms of cleanliness everything was fine.

Reviewed By elma12082018We are very warmly welcomed in fluent English by Tamara. The rooms at the back of the garden are just new and look very well kept. Private toilet with shower, nicely clean. In the house the rooms (all different) on the 1st and 2nd floor have their own bathroom and toilet, on the 3rd floor a shared one. And very large garden behind the house where you can sit and there is wifi. Breakfast and dinner very tasty. Tamara makes a lot of work of it! Thank you Tamara for your hospitality!

And what an incredible fragrant blooming garden! Both in the house and in the garden it is clear that everything was done with love, everything is very well-groomed and beautiful, the courtyard has a cozy place for gatherings, the rooms have absolutely everything you need, a hot shower.
