Mayon Lodging House offers clean, affordable, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Albay. Located along the Pan-Phil.(AH26) highway in the town of Daraga, very accessible to transport jeeps and buses going Manila, Legazpi, Sorsogon and provinces in the South. Near tourist spot i.e. Cagsawa ruins, Sumlang lake, old Daraga church, Lignon hill. From the roof deck got the best view of Mt. Mayon Volcano. Kitchen and dining area located at the roof deck. 24/7 front desk, parking, security and wifi are available.

Reviewed By Irenej KAwesome place. Best rood terrace with kitchen and the best view of Mayon. Rooms are tidy and clean, probably the cleanest in 3 weeks in the country being on a budget. Staff is very friendly and can arrange ATV tours - however, you're better off just spot g across the bridge towards Cagsawa ruins and bargain a better deal on spot (we got the Green Lava tour for P950 per person with 200 ccm ATV for 2 persons).

Great place to stay in Donsol
Reviewed By nomadofthecenturyWhat a lovely find in Donsol. Considering the low price tag, we were impressed by how spacious and clean our room was. Our room also has an attached veranda with a small dining table. Villa Peralta has it's own bar-restaurant and they serve really good burgers and pizzas. Wifi was pretty good and the staff were very warm and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others who are planning a trip to Donsol.

Islandview Lodge is a seaside lodging located along Paniman beach - the perfect jump-off point for an exciting island hopping adventure. It offers beachfront accommodations with rooms for lone traveler, for couples, families and for bigger group at a very affordable rates but with a quality and very personal service. In front is a restaurant and bar which serves delectable and mouth watering dishes. You can enjoy each meal while having the wonderful sight of the ocean and scenic view of Caramoan islands.

Reviewed By tobiantOwner and staff was nice and all but the room we got was dirty. Had to kill giant cockroaches in the bathroom at night that sneaked in to the giant hole in the wall. Prices for islandhopping are way too high, probably in all the hotels (3000 and up). Try to find a local on the beach, we payed 2000 for the big tour, including snorkling equip.

Reviewed By Mina TPerfect location, nice and polite staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, thick white fluffy towels, yummy Filipino breakfast, with a humanely designated smoking area, reasonable rates, hot shower. Why almost? Well definitely there's just always something that can be improved. On the overall, highly recommendable.

But in next door they let you BBQ your chicken or fish and they have excellent service. After all the lady who runs the place with her German husband is nice but very she expects earning money without service. There is no hot water in the room but A cup of hot water is 10P. So it is not hard to understand

Reviewed By EmeraldmayaWe are a family of 8 needing just a place to sleep and rnr suites was the best for us. Budget friendly with very friendly staff. No hassle at all. Place is near the park, municipal hall and other landmarks. Very accessible. It was also very convenient for us bec theres a laundry service near the area - Mr. Bright laundromat, and also a grocery store.

not worth your money
Reviewed By Ms Elna PWe booked a cabana last week and we were dismayed by their service. The staff were not accommodating and helpful. The room was filthy. The sheets smelled like cat's poop. There were literally a group of stray cats outside the cabana eating the leftovers on the top of the tables. The pool was also disgusting. The bathroom in our cabana was also dirty. Obviously, it was poorly maintained. I don't think that they're even fit to be issued a sanitary permit to operate. It completely ruined our staycation. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! ***Wifi is only accessible in the reception area, not in the cabana.

Basic, shiny, clean but no windows
Reviewed By Miria-Carina MAfter trawling through most of the hotels on the main street of Daet, we came to Asia Novo and immediately selected it. We booked a family room (1,400php pet night) and a twin (1,000php per night). Both rooms had awesome aircon, tv, hot shower and were clean. Wifi was ridiculously quick. No buffering with videos. Only thing they didn't have were windows to the outside world. Location was good. 7 Eleven across the road and everything else you could want within walking distance. Bagasbas beach was a 5-10 minute drive down the road.
