The worst experience on a trip in 30 years
Reviewed By leontinab673An owner who, after collecting the money in advance, did not come to check us in for 2 hours, after which he canceled the reservation due to no-show. He sent us texts in which he said that we were not present in the building in the check-in period. I mention that it is an apartment building, which has a reception, video cameras and security staff who saw us. The lade who was supposed to do our check-in also saw us and left with other clients to give them the room. She didn't come back after that. Of course we had to find another accommodation at 10.00 p.m., of course Booking. com couldn't help us. So, please take care all of you!
