Small room but enjoyable stay
Reviewed By DumplandersWe spent three nights in Hotel St. Jean. There were lots of positives - lovely breakfast (that cheesy bread!), a very helpful host in Diamonde, who helped us arrange all our trips and transport without any bother and it's also very centrally located in Zahle. It made for a very enjoyable trip. Just a couple of things we weren't so keen on. One of our rooms was very small, and didn't have sockets for charging phones etc. Diamonde did try to improvise some improvements with seating outside the room which helped. The other room was a good size though. The beds weren't very comfortable, and the plastic covering on both the mattress and pillows was annoying. Overall we felt it was maybe just a little overpriced for the standard of accommodation. We couldn't fault the welcome and assistance while we were there, and hopefully we'll return to Zahle some day.

Authentic Lebanese house
Reviewed By EAloufGreat location in the heart of the city. The house is clean and beautifully decorated with old furniture. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast was generous and delicious. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.

Not as expected
Reviewed By firas dMe & my wife stayed for 1 night in room 208, room floor was not clean, bed mattres broken, breakfast limited to 1 option in underground area... it wasnt as we expected note thatyhe price was 70$/night, sorry to say that we will not go there again

Wonderful Hotel!
Reviewed By Cheree HJust returned from a 4 night stay at Zahle Hills. From the time we arrived till the moment we left we were treated amazingly!! Special shout out to Sam who did so many wonderful things for us...nothing was a problem and they helped us arrange everything that we asked!! Rooms are nice, breakfast was great and the service was top notch. Highly recommend this new hotel! The views are also fabulous. Thanks so much to the whole team for making our stay so great!
