Terrible and getting worse!

Useless receptionist, gave us no information on the hotel, location of restaurant, timing of breakfast or Wi-Fi access - we had to return to reception twice to get the information from her. No water in the room (bearing in mind tap water is not safe to drink). We were told it should have been there, would be provided for free, was delivered and then a staff member came to charge us and we were informed there is no free water provided! After the initial bad impression it has just got worse. Room is noisy and smells very strongly of bleach. No fridge. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Casa Andina far better service and standard for a 3* hotel.

Beautiful Outside but Subpar Otherwise
Reviewed By bredman2021I arrived with a group of 20 others. The hotel is beautiful outside with views that are hard to beat. Once inside a different story. Disregarding minor inconveniences like spotty Wi-Fi , hard lumpy beds and a below average restaurant, the most intolerable thing about this place was the lack of hot water! Of the 12 or so rooms that our group occupied no one had had water except for a few who complained at the front desk. For travelers who have been riding all day on bumpy roads, reaching your hotel to realize you can't get a decent shower is the pits.

Reviewed By Lindsey YThis hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are big, and the location has a beautiful view for stargazing at night. The staff was also very friendly and treated me like family. I had to leave at 5 in the morning to catch the train to Machu Picchu, and they drove me there without any hesitation. I had a wonderful time at La Casa San Vicente and will be highly recommending this hotel to all my friends and family.

Our hotel is 2 stars category and we have 24 rooms, 16 of them are double rooms with 2 single beds and the others 8 rooms are double rooms with one big bed. biside all of them have tv cable, wifi free, private bathrooms, hot water, and we have 2 very welcoming and beautiful courtyards with a pool carved in stone to the medium gives a very romantic and enigmatic stage at night. we havea great location, we are in the main via Calca-Urubamba.

Reviewed By HermanK449We stayed for three days during our two week visit. Found it a very average little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and ample bedding. I just think it is more of an overnight stay than a longer stay hotel.

Sra. Tulia will be your host at Hospedaje Ttito (named after her father Sr. Ttito). She has a degree in Tourism Management and has a warm and friendly character who will make you feel at home. Located in the quiet, quaint, and cozy town of Yucay off the main road, Hospedaje Ttito is perfectly located for a comfortable stop off while travelling through the wonderful Sacred Valley.
