Nice basic hotel, fantastic location, good restaurant
Reviewed By cla114The hotel is in a place totally outside the touristic area, it's a place where you can go if you would like to be away from the crowd. The hotel is literally 10 metres from the narrow beach, so if you want to sleep with the sound of the waves coming from your windows, that's the place to go to. The beach is narrow but nice, nothing special for Greece but the beauty is in the fact that there's nobody there, and you can really relax. The restaurant for dinner is very good, fresh fish chosen from the fridge and cooked on the spot, there's also Greek people not staying in the hotel who come to dine there, which is normally a very good sign. Breakfast was a bit on the basic side, like the rooms, who are however clean and tidy. All in all a good experience.

Reviewed By Lore824Cosy room, very clean, wonderful view, extremely friendly hosts, beautiful location, big terrace, lots of restaurants in nearby villages, ... We especially enjoyed the canoes, and our private jacuzzi/pool. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful modern apartments close to Nafplion
Reviewed By RuhrpottTravelFoxesLooking for a less busy place than on the opposite side of the bay (with Nafplion and Tolo) we found the cosy little town of Xiropigado and were really happy with our choice! Everything is in walking distance and you can drive to many interesting places in under an hour. The small local beach is ok for a refreshing swim, but there are a lot of nice beaches both north and south to explore. The owner Peggy was really welcoming and very helpful, we could reach her for questions any time. She speaks very good english and kindly offered us an upgrade for the room. The apartment was modern, clean and in a very good condition! We had everything we needed, the kitchen is small but well equipped so we could prepare our breakfast and dinner. But of course there are plenty of options nearby to eat which we did not try due to a rather short stay. The mini market around the corner is convenient for anything you need. We stayed during the heatwave with over 40 degrees, so the aircon was struggling a bit to get the room cooled, but we slept really well and it was not getting overly hot inside. Unfortunately we only stayed for two nights before the end of our holiday, but would come back here any time for a stopover!

To Arcadian apartments & studios is a family business. Located in the center of the coastal village Xiropigado belongs geographically in Law . Arkadias. It consistts for four apartments and four maisonettes that can accommodate from one to four people. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen , comfortable bathrooms, large terraces and outdoor patio , parking, BBQ , free Wi- Fi. The beach is very close to a maximum distance of 50 meters.

Reviewed By voyageur7760Grand appartement (chambre en mezzanine) très bien équipé. Jolie terrasse avec très belle vue sur la mer. Accueil sympathique ....quand on arrive à trouver la résidence. La résidence est dans le centre du village mais aucun nom sur l'entrée et les voisins ne connaissent pas ce nom de résidence. Le seul point un peu négatif de cet appartement est la mauvaise séparation sur les terrasses entre les appartements.Le muret de séparation est bas (1 m environ) donc trop de proximité avec les voisins et difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit . Prix un peu élevé pour ce pays/ locations

Το Evita studio είναι ένας υπέροχος χώρος για να μείνεις μόνος η και με παρέα ακόμα και με την οικογένεια είναι στην αρχή του χωριού Ξηροπήγαδου περιτριγυρισμένο από αγνή φύση, εκπληκτική θέα και χαλαρωτικούς ήχους της θάλασσας και του βουνού.. !!! Δωμάτια έτοιμα να φιλοξενήσουν τις σύντομες αποδράσεις ή τις μακροχρόνιες διακοπές μας. Εκεί θα συναντήσεις την Ελένη και τον Γιάννη άνθρωποι φιλόξενοι και με μεράκι σε ότι κάνουν δημιουργώντας όχι μόνο στιγμές αλλά και αναμνήσεις. Ο υπέροχος χώρος που έχουν δημιουργήσει διαθέτει και για ποιο χαλαρωτικές στιγμές για να πιείς τον καφέ σου η για να φας μεσογειακές απολαύσεις και το βράδυ διαθέτει ένα υπέροχο φιλοτεχνημένο χώρο με υπέροχες μουσικές αναμνήσεις με πέτρα και με θέα στην θάλασσα για να απολαύσει κάποιος το ποτό του . Δεν ξέρω αν ακουστώ υπερβολική αλλά σίγουρα είναι από τις λίγες φορές που έχουμε ταξιδέψει στην Ελλάδα και συγκεκριμένα στην Αρκαδία οικογενειακός αλλά αυτό το μαγικό που σε προδιαθέτει η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο studio είναι συναισθήματα ευτυχίας με μια έννοια αόριστη αλλά ο δρόμος για να φτάσεις εκεί είναι ποιο συγκεκριμένος περνάει από το Ξηροπήγαδο - Αρκαδίας και κάνει στάση στο Εvita Studio.Ένα συγκρότημα δωματίων όπου η αρμονία και η φινέτσα συναντά την απόλυτη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση με ένα βλέμμα στην θάλασσα της Αρκαδικής γης. Από την μία άκρη της παραλίας έως την άλλη μεριά θα διαπιστώσετε ότι είναι πεζοδρομημένο και μπορείς αν δεν θες να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο για να κάνεις κάποια εξόρμηση να απολαύσεις ένα υπέροχο περίπατο και εκεί θα διαπιστώσεις ότι τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά του Ξηροπήγαδου με τα υπέροχα καΐκια αγκυροβολημένα αυτό το ταξίδι αρχίζει να γίνεται μαγικό. Θα ήθελα να τονίσω για όσους αποφασίσουν να κάνουν αυτό το ταξίδι ο χώρος διαθέτει και κουζινάκι με ψυγείο και καλύπτει βάσει του νόμου πιστοποιημένο υγειονομικό έλεγχο.. Όσο για το μαγικό γραφικό ψαροχώρι Ξηροπήγαδο που βρίσκεται το Εvita Studio κυριολεκτικά στις ακτές της Κυνουρίας, στις παρυφές του όρους Πάρνωνα εκτός από τους υπέροχους ανθρώπους που το έχουν έχει και μια ξεχωριστή ιστορία να σας πει. Καλή διαμονή σε όσους το επισκεφθείτε όσο για τους υπόλοιπους ετοιμάστε βαλίτσες και φωτογραφικές μηχανές είναι ασύλληπτο αυτό που θα διαπιστώσετε . Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για την υπέροχη εμπειρία.

μετριο δωματιο. ακριβο για τα λεφτα του!!!
Reviewed By Katerina Aσαν δωματιο μετριο. καθαριοτητα καλη, αλλα οχι συχνη (εμεις μειναμε 3 μερες-δεν ξανακαθαρισαν ουτε αλλαξαν σεντονια και πετσετες, και φιλοι εμειναν παραπανω και 5 μερες δεν καθαρισαν παλι). το μπαλκονι ειναι εσωτερικο, οποτε δεν καθεσαι ευκολα ειδικα αν εχει ζεστη. ουσιαστικα το δωματιο ηταν παρα πολυ ακριβο για αυτο που προσεφερε. η παραλια ειναι μπροστα απο ταβερνες και σχετικα βαθια, ακαταλληλη για μικρα παιδια.

Reviewed By nikost539Πανέμορφα δωμάτια, ευρύχωρα, πεντακάθαρα και πολύ οικονομικά, ειδικά για οικογένειες με παιδιά. Χώρος parking, ησυχία, wifi και πολύ ευγενικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Καμμία σχέση με πολλά άλλα καταλύματα της περιοχής.
