Reviewed By raw49During our stay we enjoyed the location of the hotel adjacent the river and marina plus it’s within a 10-15min walk to the centre past the cathedral. We had a family function in the conference suite which was very well organised. The set three course meal was of excellent quality as was the breakfast every day. Throughout our stay the staff were very polite and attentive. The hotel is also well kept and very clean plus the bed was comfortable. The free car park adjacent is handy but not secure. However…….. Our initial room (15) was small so we moved to 24 which was more spacious but the roof line view was poor. Although the windows were closed we could clearly hear the fans/ac units on the roof. At the windows we had blinds but no blackout curtains. Unfortunately the pillows were very lumpy. To begin the room smelt from smoking but this gave way to a smell from the shower plug hole. All rooms have a noisy crunchy key to open rather than a swipe card so there’s plenty of corridor noise to be heard, especially if close to the cleaners room from early morning. All in all a pleasant 3 star hotel for a one night stay but maybe not for longer. With a few tweaks the rooms could be made much more comfortable. Highly recommended for functions.

Reviewed By chrisrD4078OVA great building & room. The night porter would not let us back in on two consecutive nights because we could not speak Polish, We had to telephone our friends to speak with the porter. I would not recommend visiting unless you are Polish.

Our hotel is worth to stay in. For the Guests, who await business standard, we have prepared the access to the internet, fax, TV and "business room" for meetings and necessary multimedia (TV, modern computers, projectors etc.) The travellers, who need rest will be happy to experience the comfort of individually arranged rooms, air-conditioning and excellent restaurant organising absorbing events and parties. We wait for all the guests with the assurance that the time spent at our place is going to leave pleasant memories. The architecture of the building is a visionary connection of a futuristic style with a warmth and comfort of an Italian resort. We are visited by the TV stations, reporters. Portofino happens to be the background of the photographic sessions, fashion shows, international conferences. We are unusual, you will not confuse us with the other building. The hotel is located by the main ring road, 10 minutes from the city centre, in the place of country roads and the route P2 crossing.

The hotel is located right next to a factory of some kind, in the middle of a very industrial zone. The hotel itself has industrial design, especially the stairs, corridors and doors. The room they gave us was huge, with separated sleeping and living area. It was clean and nice, with nice bathroom. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you order food from a menu. They were very generous with the quantity and the quality was also excellent. There is free parking right outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the city.

Reviewed By Abel MGood location, good restaurant with a nice ambience and decoration, with very kind service. The pub is a really very nice place to hang out. Drawback.. tha rooms in the annex building require an update. Specially the beds (very small in my case) and the matress.... really done for their life.

We provide accommodation services in a high hotel standard. The hostel is situated in a historical building which, thanks to the full modernization, gained a unique, industrial atmosphere. We can find an austere, factory style there. However, the interior is warm and luxurious at the same time. Our staff offers free Internet on the whole area of the hostel, reception open from 6.00 to 23.00 etc.

Reviewed By Ewa LChcieliśmy odetchnąć od zgiełku wielkiego miasta i udaliśmy się do Włocławka, a właściwie na jego obrzeża do Apartamentów Włocławek. Jest to obiekt z pięknymi apartamentami w pełni wyposażonymi i położonymi w cudownym ogrodzie i niedaleko rezerwatu przyrody. Tam można wypocząć. Polecam i pozdrawiam właścicielkę.

Reviewed By ImprexDetta tyckte jag var bra: Fint ställe, precis mitt i centrum så man hade precis allt på gångavstånd. Mitt flygplan var försenat så när jag kom var receptionen stängd, men kvinnan som jobbade där var jättesnäll och hade skickat mig ett sms med instruktioner på hur jag skulle komma in och vart jag skulle hitta nyckeln! Städat och rent, utmärkt WiFi, rummet helt okej, kylskåp och micro. Fanns till och med en kokbok för mikrovågsugnar då mitt rum inte hade ett kök. Tyst och lugnt! Detta tyckte jag var mindre bra: Tyckte att sängen var lite obekväm. Jag fick för mig att jag skulle ha ett kök, mär jag kollade på bilderna såg det ut som det men jag måste ha blandat ihop rummen... Jag kan tycka att priset var lite i överkant då jag inte hade ett kök utan bara micro.

Excellent hotel.
Reviewed By VentsiBeastNo idea why this is in the category "specialty lodging", but in reality it's a very decent hotel. We only spent there one night, but we liked the quality of the room furnishing, bathroom and common grounds. People are polite and helpful. Parking is free and is about 5 minute walk away.
