Reviewed By errochVery bad experience. I stayed in the first floor and the music of the restaurants downstairs is loud. You can even listen it in your room. There were a lot of kids staying or living in the hotel, and they were yelling and running in the hallways at night. Carpet in the hallway smells since there is no A/C in the hallways and the humidity is very high. Breakfast is very poor.

Reviewed By Paula CThere is no water to shower or even go to the toilet in the whole day, it’s more than 30celsius degrees and the air conditioning doesn’t work either. And if you call the front desk they don’t answer! Worst service ever !they should really have at least the basics!!

The hotel is OK but the area is ugly, noisy and unsafe.
Reviewed By Martini_in_ParisThe room was clean, Staff were nice but there was no hot water and we had to call in three times and wait for about two hours to be able to shower. There’s a shady bar in the back street and the music is awful and extremely loud so we couldn’t sleep well; also the parking lot is underground and with very tight space it’s ridiculously difficult to park, however it’s locked and it’s safe; there’s a convenience store in the corner and that’s good but we will not be going back to this hotel.

Reviewed By luisevia72One of the higher priced options, most likely for its location, the experience here was less than up to par. If you’re not an early riser, I recommend placing the do not disturb sign outside your door otherwise you will likely been woken up early by hard, loud knocks on the door by housekeeping or someone asking if you want to send any clothes to laundry. You better answer quickly, otherwise they won’t wait to knock again, and louder. If you ask for a pot of coffee from room service, specify service is for more than one, otherwise you will find yourself asking for more cups. A/C system is loud. Our “balcony” room is nothing but a hard to slide door, with zero furniture leading to the side of the lagoon. Not quite a balcony at all, basically just outdoor access. Bed is comfortable, but shower pressure mediocre at best. You will likely find better options for the price. The overall service could greatly improve.

Reviewed By Bill E1st visit we arrived in the rain on a motorcycle. With Expedia reservations made previously the female desk clerk could not/would not find our reservation. I showed her my phone with the reservation confirmation. She would not budge - no apology nor any attempt to help us. I stood firm with a line behind me forming. She called Expedia - only after I made it clear that I was not going to be turned away. She did eventually give us a room - but no apology for the wait or the confusion. I'm not even sure the hotel was booked full that night - it did not appear all that busy for her to turn us away back into the rain. Two weeks later we made Expedia reservations for this hotel again and there was another friendlier, helpful female at the desk. She found our reservation and quickly gave us a room. The nice thing about this hotel is its proximity to a lot of very good restaurants.

Reviewed By dougie2015The hotel was good. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was awesome so good totally recommend. The staff were friendly and professional. In these times we understand not all amenities are avliable however there was only one small bottle of water presented in the room. We had to order takeaway since there was no restaurant and no room service. We understand the lack of the restaurant but room service probably should be avliable. Apart from that we ordered a dominoes pizza. Just insure you get to the hotel before the local takeaway places close otherwise you'll go hungry. The hotel was clean and very professional. Would stay here again it served its purpose. Regarding covid, the hotel had in place all the required measurements implemented, we felt safe.
