Any time of year you get top quality. And the coffee is the top. I have had the pleasure of having it made by Roberto. A true breakfast.

Perfectly relaxing short vacation
Reviewed By FKislikAfter a pretty busy and intense summer, we wanted to be somewhere where the location and the hotel were contributing to being at ease. GH Majestic on the lake definitely fit that criterion. Old building literally on the lake with a majestic interior court gives the feeling of luxurious freedom. It seemed to be populated mostly by Germans, however, everything stayed authentically Italian. Service and communication, from the first « buongiorno » was impeccable. From the room arrangement - definitely suggest a room with a view, to suggesting nearby restaurants, to reserving us a wonderful morning on the lake in a private motorboat to a smooth checkout. One person at the front desk was particularly exigent, proactive and focused while always communicating with a calm smile (pure deduction due to the mask:) is Sara Spagnoli. Thank you for quick solution to all. Only one note of improvement is the restaurant. It was well done but nothing more, tiny portions excessively priced, with a great service however. We will be going back !

Reviewed By davidazria2021While traveling by bike from France (Beaujolais area) to Bergamo Italy, we spent a night there and the welcome was amazing as well as the accomodation and a tremendous breakfast which was very helpful for the ride to come (120 km). Thanks again, I totally recommand this hotel which also has a place to park our bikes. Needless to say that the situation near the lakeside is also very interesting to have dinner or a drink

Reviewed By AngJo2021Hotel atmosphere (hallway, elevator, rooms) is outdated. Outside looks really good, inside is old. Personnel was a bit cold and quiet. Rooms are functional but for the rest nothing extra. We didn’t use restaurant. Doors of the hotel rooms close very hard. With other quests not caring too much about their co guests, this can be quite annoying at 7:00 am in the morning.

Perfect for families
Reviewed By Linda FWe had a weeks holiday at one of their appartments, clean and comfortable. The pool, lake beach were perfect. We used the pontoon for our boat, it was so easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were extremely helpful with booking restaurants and giving advice in relation to other pontoons that we could use. The link with their campsites were great also to give the kids more play areas and activities. All in all we had an amazing week. Definitely recommended and will be returning.

Reviewed By jeandlcroixwe visited this hotel for a wedding. The rooms are reasonably priced but relatively old inside, with a sea view. The breakfast is poorly organised and not very rich, but you can park your car for free 10 minutes away.

Moreover just around the hotel there are many nice pubs and restaurants. Just a little complain: more plugs in the rooms please!

And the hotel is just in from of the public boat service to the gorgeous Isole Borromee. The hotel is very clean and well managed. The personnel is friendly and competent. The dinner was excellent. The laundry service returned our clothes in 48 hours. The total cost was very reasonable.
