Reviewed By chm1423This B&B is heaven on earth. It is located up in the hills surrounded by dairy farms with a gorgeous view of the Bay of Biscay and nearby mountains. Our room was beautifully decorated and included a sitting area by the windows which afforded a lovely view of the water. Tomas was super nice and helpful and spoke excellent English, which I don't expect, but do appreciate. The bathroom was large and the shower was great -- I loved that the controls for the water were on the opposite side of where the water comes out, so you don't get wet trying to turn it on. That's the kind of place 3 Cabos is. There are many places to sit and relax and enjoy the views both inside and out. The entire property is beautiful. I would highly recommend getting dinner in the evening. Both the breakfast and dinner are outstanding. There is a big selection of sweet and savory items for breakfast, including -- I can't even believe I am writing this -- cheesecake! There were five menu options for dinner. We had the fish one night and the beef tenderloin the other. Portions are very large, and both were delicious. There were 6-8 dessert choices, including a cream cheese flan that is the best dessert I have ever eaten. It was very quiet at 3 Cabos, and we slept well while we were there. The road up to it is narrow, but there is no traffic and it was not difficult. I wouldn't want to do it at night, which is a great reason to have dinner there. As if delicious food is not enough! This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Highly recommended!

Reviewed By MargamarizaThe hotel is new and well decorated, great location, the owner provides a place to leave your bike, good value for money. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and food is delicious for a very reasonable price.

Reviewed By Livo_73Stayed here recently and, while the property has been well finished, there is something missing in the overall atmosphere. The staff are very friendly but the sharp finishes to the rooms are a little bit cold. It is also a bit over priced for where it is, there is nothing else in close proximity.

Located in Cadavedo, Hotel Rural Casa Roja is a restored house from 1889, featuring an Indiano architecture characteristic of that period. It features lovely gardens and views of the mountains. Casa Roja features a cosy library and a beautiful dining room with wide windows, fireplace and views of the sea and the countryside. A fully homemade breakfast consisting of pastries, jams and cakes is served in the restaurant. Laundry and ironing services are available for a surcharge. All rooms have heating and come with a TV, a DVD player and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Activities like mountain hiking, golf or horse riding can be practised in the area. Oviedo and Gijón are 40 minutes far by car, while the seaside towns of Cudillero and Luarca are just some minutes away.Come to discover Cadavedo & Asturias, we would love to be your place!

Reviewed By janbnlWe stayed in Casa Roja for three nights. The hotel is a very nicely restored “Casa de Indiano” which means a lot of traditional elements and a quiet luxury atmosphere. Staff was welcoming and accommodating for the most part. Still there were some funny things, the breakfast that was not included in our room price was really very Spanish. A large choice of “sweet” items, but cold cuts were on demand and very limited. The hotel manual boasts a bar service, that was however denied upon asking. Later the hotel owner confirmed the bar service. Bad luck I guess. We will go there again when in the area

Reviewed By YM2540very nice and peaceful location far away from busy cities - beach is in walking distance, though this beach is pebbles only. A truly sandy beach not too crowd is only 15' by car away - this beach is located in a nature reserve is a true gem - worth the drive. hotel is very comfortable, very clean with excellent sleeping quality. check in was very efficient and with a smile (hard to see with mouth mask but we felt it :)) - atmosphere is more of a personal B&B than of a hotel. breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Finca P does not have restaurant but the home cooking was very nice. COVID-19 measures were excellent. Great place to stay and it was not nice to have to leave. could have stayed much longer.

Worst stay on the Camino
Reviewed By herberts608Stayed there last night. There is a bar down the street that we heard noise from until around 3 am. Somehow people got in the hotel and made a lot of noise too. Someone slammed furniture in front of our room in the middle of the night. The hotel should have better security to keep this from happening. I don’t recommend it at all. In retrospect, I should have called the police.

Reviewed By FiddlydeeA restored Spanish Mansion is yours to share when you stay here. Beautiful furniture, artefacts and paintings lavish you and such friendly helpful staff complete a 5 star stay. Typical Spanaish breakfast but really nicely presented and prepared you will not be hungry or disappointed. Outside the town but a nice walk or get a taxi about 5euros.
